“I recently had the pleasure of visiting PDQ and I must say it's always an outstanding experience . From the time my order is taken (usually by Crystal , who is always very pleasant and goes above and beyond) at the window to the time that I pick up my order, It's always a smooth fast and efficient process. In addition, the food is always tasty and fresh, which is why I visit frequently. The staff is cordial and the manager (Calyx) provided me with excellent customer service when I needed assistance with a coupon that I had for my order. Whenever I've encountered her at the window, she's been wonderful. Its just, overall a great experience. I always feel like a valued customer. As an educator I would give them an A+ for their service and a big thank you!“

“Never a bad experience at this chick fil a even if they get my order wrong. Which is like 1 in a million yknow? The staff looks very young and you would think this generation would be negligent of the labor they put out but these kids do their best and it really shows. I wonder if thats why the food tastes twice as good.

Vegetarian options: They happen to have a veggie wrap available. And you can have the salads without their chicken egg or bacon at your discretion. They also have fruitcups available. So if you really think about it theres at least one VEGAN meal possible here and that speaks! Still waiting on a fried chicken sandwich substitute. I bet they could do that really well.

Dietary restrictions: They are very good with caring for my gluten allergy. I watched my order taker ask their leaders to change their gloves. They also go the extra mile and write it on the order itself so the kitchen gets it too i think. Never had a problem here.

Parking: They share a parking lot with the diner next to them. It can often get so packed even their curbsides can get congested.

Kid-friendliness: Every other day i see them have some sort of activity for children and their families. This place is all about em!

Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door sensors for weelchairs. Ramps available for that as well. And their tables are spaced in a way for this as well.“

“The girl who was helping us was so friendly and really know what she's selling plus willing to help eventhough we were arriving at almost closing time. Tried my chicken wings at home 30 minutes later, really recommend the Garlic Honey, looooove it 😋 👌 the sauce and the crunchy texture that still there YUMMMYYYY!!!“

“I stopped in today to purchase something for breakfast and was greeted by a young lady with a great big smile and her name was, oh God I hope I'm spelling it correctly, Haley. I joked with her and asked for several sandwiches made by a competitor of yours and she paused and started to laugh. That made me laugh too and it was so nice, with things in this world so crazy, to enjoy alittle peace through giggles. I just wanted to say that Hayley was terrific and while I was waiting for my meal to be completed we talked about her job, which I can see she enjoys working at chick-fil-la, my job, her schooling and just some great conversation. I can see she is an asset to your store and chick-fil-la and I just wanted to say thank you to Hayley and Chick-fil-la for making my day alittle bit more Blessed. “Went today and ordered a Kale Salad. Got all the way home and realized they gave me a side salad instead. Reached out to the manager Mark and he went above and beyond.. I returned the salad and he told me to keep it. He provided me with a Kale Salad which was superb and a gift card. Which I truly was not expecting. Which really touched my soul. Chick fil a is really a respectful establishment.“

“Sharla is the sweetest person. We mentioned that we had stopped in for lunch while waiting for my husband to get his chemotherapy treatment across the street at Penn. She carried the tray for us, she kept making sure that he was okay and even followed us outside when we were leaving to wish him well and offer words of encouragement. That truly was a bright part of our day. We will remember that each and every time we go to the Penn building.

“We love chick fil a, but this one's food was just not as good as other ones in the area. Liked how early they switch from breakfast to lunch menu.

“Actually haven't been here in a few,but at 1 A.M. and your hungry,...where n who you going to call for chicken n seafood? Fairview/Haddon Township Crown Chicken that's who. Staff tries to get you in out as fast as possible. As it's late. Daytime is good too but very popular and busy. Good food.“

“Today was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at this CFA, I ordered a Kids Meal, Small Soup, bag of Ice and another drink. It took 1/2 hour for me to get my food. And, it’s not even busy(shocking, I know)! While, I’m sure the employee is new, he gave me an attitude because I called to tell them I had been waiting. I’m disappointed… it was the nonchalant attitude from the person who took the call to the server. 😞“

“So let me give you guys the run down on this place ,the parking sucks ,the customer service is amazing ,and friendly,the bathrooms are clean ,the area is a safe area ,the prices are great myself and my family order the 16 piece family meal ,with 3 large sides which came to 53 dollars ,I've been to place at least 3xs and have no complaints if your a married woman tired of cooking ,a single mom or dad ,or a teen trying to take some stress of mom n dad this is the place all the food was delicious and that's saying a lot from a person who personally don't care for popeyes food!!!

Parking: The only problem with this place is the parking is very little but do t let that stop you !“

Outside of the store isn't trashy. Clean and well lit.

“Me and my son get Krispy Krunchy Chicken down in Virginia all the time and when we found it here locally, we had to get it. In VA, it is sold out of a gas station and the people are awesome there. It is the same here. In NJ, it is sold out of Deli Stop and the people are just as great! Chicken is consistently good... but the people selling it make it that much better.“

“The last two times I've went there was late at night, usually most places the food is dry and taste like shoe leather. Not this location, chicken was tender, the ribs were falling off the bone. And the ribs are beef ribs if you are wondering. I definitely would recommend going there. Not sure how the service is in the day time but at night was awesome.“
