I had such a great visit to Chick-fil-A recently, and I just had to share how amazing the experience was—especially thanks to an incredible team member named Spencer Barrett. From the moment I walked in, Spencer was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He made sure my order was perfect and even went out of his way to check if I needed anything else.

It’s not every day you get service that feels this personal and thoughtful. Spencer’s attitude was so positive, and he clearly cares about making people’s day better. The food was delicious as always (shoutout to the waffle fries and chicken sandwich), but the customer service truly made this visit stand out.

“It’s OK the food is pretty decent. The customer service they can kind of work on some things but it’s just like any other fast food place. They do the best that they can try and get the food out. There is always leading there to sit down. It feels like to say or you can take out or you can do DoorDash grab Uber eats I believe so it’s not a bad place. I definitely would recommend it.“

“Sharla is the sweetest person. We mentioned that we had stopped in for lunch while waiting for my husband to get his chemotherapy treatment across the street at Penn. She carried the tray for us, she kept making sure that he was okay and even followed us outside when we were leaving to wish him well and offer words of encouragement. “The chicken at this crown is Deeelicious!!! Has a nice bite to it and the skin is always on point. The staff is always attentive and quick with orders. They are respectful also. Sometimes others less fortunate are hanging around for a soda or fries. I don't have an issue helping out the next human being, just not with money!!“

“I stopped at the Rt 73 in Berlin location. The cashier Lauring was very sweet and helpful. Since it was mid afternoon it wasn’t super busy so the girl from the drive though was putting my order together as I was making my choices. They were very efficient. “Got take out through GrubHub, 25 piece with biscuits and fries. This might now be our favorite store bought fried chicken. Crispy and crunchy for sure with a little spice to it, not too much. Honey butter biscuits are pretty good warm and the fries aren’t bad either, a little thicker cut and seasoned. Better still, you can get a lot of food for your money. In the mood for comfort food fried chicken? Give them a shot.“

“Me and my son get Krispy Krunchy Chicken down in Virginia all the time and when we found it here locally, we had to get it. In VA, it is sold out of a gas station and the people are awesome there. It is the same here. In NJ, it is sold out of Deli Stop and the people are just as great! Chicken is consistently good... but the people selling it make it that much better.“
