Terrible experience -- do not trust this Baskin-Robbins with your special occasions!
I ordered a custom printed birthday cake design *a month in advance*, and they completely botched it. The image I submitted was purple with orange accents -- it came out turquoise with yellow. The staff tried to brush it off "Oh, it was supposed to be purple...? Sorry about that..."
The manager said she'd told the owner to stop accepting these orders bc their printer can't print...read full review
