“We dropped in for breakfast. The coffee was great and the various pastries and pies. Everything has amazing. We ordered Spinach turnover, cheese danish, egg avocado cheese Sandwich, beef salami and leak and Parma jam turnover, almond raspberry pie croissant.

I particularly enjoy the veggie omlette, sweet potatoes with rosemary, curried chicken salad on a croissant, and all the salads are delicious. Pastries are artfully presented and not too sweet. Also, you won't find a better biscuit in New Jersey.“

“I was happy to discover KOKO LOKO when searching for an alternative to the downtown cafés in New Brunswick. The pistachio latte is delicious- it’s smooth but still flavorful and has crushed pistachios mixed in. And for a good-sized latte with plant milk, the price was affordable. I loved chatting with the barista, too. The place has a laid-back and quiet but still creative vibe, plenty of outlets and plants! It would be great to linger and write or craft there on a cooler day.“

“My brain chemistry have permanently been altered by the crème brûlée, dark chocolate mousse, and tiramisu cake here. Got the tiramisu cake for my mom as a birthday cake a while ago and have been getting special occasion cake from them ever since. every bite was delicious and the texture is really fun. It might feel like a small cake, but it is so creamy and complex it can easily be shared by 8 people. I Love how they use solid chocolate to do their letters when you order ahead. As a big pudding/custard fan, there is just something really unique with combing all these components into these beautiful cakes. I will say if you have allergies, definitely ask, I was once surprised by delicious hazelnut component.“

“This coffee shop is amazing! The owner is wonderful. She recently came to our apartment at The Parc at Princeton Junction for a wine and truffle tasting for Valentine’s Day and it was a fabulous event. So my boyfriend and I decided to stop by her coffee shop and try it out and was I blown away! The coffee was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere is amazing! If you are ever in the Princeton area I highly recommend this coffee shop!“

“Came here with my girlfriend as we are trying breakfast sandwiches in the area and I was pleasantly surprised. The sandwiches are the best we've had in the area. Everything was freshly made and with real ingredients. The bacon in particular was obviously just cooked for the order. The roll was fresh and everything was well seasoned. “We recently hosted a Sweet 16 party here, and it couldn’t have been a better experience! From the very beginning, Francesca (the owner and chef) made everything so easy. She personally helped us plan the menu and was so accommodating with all of our requests — it really took the stress out of planning.

The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was fresh and full of flavor, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing everything was.

The staff was just as wonderful. Everyone was polite, attentive, and genuinely kind. Our party ended up going past the restaurant’s closing time, but the team was so patient and gracious, never making us feel rushed.

“We used this food truck for a birthday party of 60+ people. Michael and his team are phenomenal! So friendly, accommodating, efficient, punctual and the food is fantastic. Lots of options and each one was delicious! Reasonably priced for such a great service. Highly recommend them and hope to use them again in the future!!

“BAPS SWAMINARAYAN Akshardham makes my heart swell with pride and joy! Pardon me for bringing this to light: - I visited the BAPS SWAMINARAYAN Akshardham and was dismayed at seeing a couple taking pictures kissing in front of the Akshardham. I get that this mandir is open to the public and has become a tourist attraction because of its magnificence. But at the end of the day, it is still a Hindu Temple and a sacred place where Hindus worship and in this case the house of Bhagwan Swaminarayan. Some people are visiting for their tic-toc, Facebook and Instagram viral moment; as you’d be amazed at the poses you see people striking for pictures, but they should be RESPECTFUL OF HINDU CULTURAL NORMS! When visiting any Basilica in Europe - Clothing should generally cover the shoulders, chest, midriff, and knees. The dress code is similar here. People don’t have to wear traditional Hindu Attire but PLEASE, the public should dress modestly to show respect for ancient cultural traditions and norms! Wearing leggings is not dressing modestly. No one wants to see women’s bootie at a mandir! And kissing on the lips at a Mandir is the equivalent to tourists etching their names onto the walls of Rome’s Colosseum. “As you can see from the photo everything was GREAT. (Couldn’t finish the burger cause we over ate, but definitely took that home.) we order the honey soy wings to start they were impeccably crispy and tasted amazing. Our main dishes were the Korean burger with sweet potato fries & the gochujang pasta. Wasn’t sure what to really expect from them but I’m glad I took the risk because it was probably the best meal I had all week haha. Our friend order some type of beef short rib dish on bed of mashed potatoes I believe that I tried and it was very decadent and if that’s your thing then you won’t be disappointed. To finish we ordered some boba teas to go and that was the perfect cherry on top to our meal. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. It was really refreshing to find a restaurant that was so consistent from the waiting staff to the final product. Thanks for giving us a lovely night. (Side note: It’s BYOB)“

“This Cafe is inside the Grounds of Sculpture. Its themed as per its namesake. You find the famed paintings of Van Gogh on its ceiling and walls. There is alsi a life-size statue of Van Gogh outside the cafe. The pastries , they offer, are decent too.“
