“The Fro Yo cafe in Matawan is my happy place. I love the decor and the nostalgic atmosphere. The frozen yogurt is delicious and authentic and the topping bar is always so clean and organized with lots of variety. I especially appreciate that the fresh fruit is consistently high quality. Their attention to detail with customer service is exemplary! It's the little things, like having a plastic rewards card instead of a paper one and the more premium cup and spoon option, that make Fro Yo Cafe such an enjoyable experience. The staff are really accommodating, helpful, and friendly! I recently went in when Sydney and Derek were working and they both made my experience so seamless and positive. Sydney goes the extra mile to assist customers and is clearly very competent at her job. It does not seem like any of these details should matter at a frozen yogurt cafe, but honestly coming to Fro Yo Cafe can be the highlight of my week sometimes. “I went to this cafe for the first time with my friends and I found it very enjoyable. The poke bowls and tea are delicious although it can be a bit pricey. They have 3 ordering stations and private seating places which are perfect for studying but a bit dark lowkey. They also have free water which is a blessing. Parking is also easy to find🙏.“

I am an absolute fan however of any restaurant that has consistent great customer service on all fronts from supervisor to the kitchen crew. The cleanliness and layout also wonderful. They have self service if you are the type in a rush however my preference is to deal with people . I can only say be patient when waiting for someone to assist but overall great experience each time so far.“

This place looks like a rest stop restaurant. It’s connected to a pizzeria and bakery i think.

But I will say……. I had the BEST cold brew here. So flavorful and had sugar free syrups!

I got the cold brew with oatmilk and sugar free vanilla syrup and I finished the whole thing!

I typically only drink half my coffee due to acid reflux but man, the woman who made my drink. THANK YOU.

It’s a small place, with tables. A surprisingly large menu, with lots of choices. Gabriela took our order, which was made on the spot and well packaged for the trip home.

“I don’t know the employees name, but occasionally I run in with a last minute craving on my way to work @8:30pm. I know it’s towards the end of the night, but she is still always so pleasant and my food always made perfect and quickly. Tonight’s turkey sandwich was no exception. Too many times people just complain or take good service for granted, and I’d love to see see them get the recognition deserved. Some of us do appreciate it, especially when we’re running to work.
