“We had a really frustrating experience with our Panera order tonight — but I have to give HUGE credit to Victor, the manager at the Old Bridge location, for turning the whole thing around.
We had ordered dinner through the Panera app around 8 p.m., expecting it to arrive by 9. When it didn’t show up, we checked the store hours and realized they actually closed at 9 — which made us panic a little. We called the store and spoke to Victor, who was so kind and apologetic. He explained that the DoorDash driver never picked up our food and it had just been sitting there.
We were super disappointed — it was pouring rain, we were hungry, and it was getting late. But instead of brushing us off, Victor was patient and understanding. He offered a refund if the food didn’t make it, and after some back and forth, we decided to drive there ourselves to pick it up. Unfortunately, just as we got there, the Dasher had picked it up a minute before.
Victor, who was literally standing outside in the rain after his shift, was still so sweet. Even though none of this was his fault, he apologized over and over and offered us some leftover mac and cheese, bread, and other extras — and STILL refunded our meal. He handled everything with so much grace and kindness, even though he was clearly exhausted.
We were so upset when the night started, but thanks to Victor, we left feeling seen and taken care of. He honestly saved the night for us. People like him are rare. Thank you, Victor — you turned a really bad experience into one that reminded us how much a little kindness matters“

“I love this place, but I do have one complaint. Every time I get a pork roll egg and cheese, they barely put any pork roll. I’ve am willing to pay extra every time. The times that I have they either don’t put any extra on, or when they do it barely looks like a normal amount. Don’t get me wrong it taste delicious, but when you barely taste what you ask for…it’s annoying. Other than that this place is awesome.“

From the moment we opened the door at 8:30 pm on a Sunday evening, we were greeted by a hostess who genuinely welcomed us to the restaurant. When we were seated, a pretty glass bottle of cold water was brought to our table, along with seasoned fresh/homemade Turkish bread and olive tapenade. The dinnerware and utensils were clean and tightly wrapped in napkin. Waiter and hostess (Ali and Olivia) introduced themselves. New to restaurant, I was given ample time to review menu. Both Ali (in training) and Olivia were very patient with my many menu questions. Needless to say, Ali and Olivia were spot on. We ordered multiple appetizers - shepherd salad, hummus + pita, crispy feta in phyllo rolls, and lentil soup. For dinner we had chicken shish, lamb adana, and lamb gyro + pita that I opted to top with grilled mushrooms and hot pepper. The online photos did not do the dishes any justice. I should have taken my camera out to share how plentiful the dishes were when served and how perfectly grilled the meats were, too! The food had delicious seasoning - that did not repeat afterwards. We took leftovers home and will enjoy lunch the next day. We each had desserts, too, that were served in glassware. One pistachio/gelato and two hazelnut/chocolate flute - both as pictured on menu. We were offered to take glassware home with us afterwards, but forgot to take with us while we focused on remembering to take our bagged leftovers. All in all, it was a truly enjoyable, unplanned Sunday evening dinner. Aside from the freshly cooked delicious food and desserts, it was one of the most pleasant interactions with restaurant staff that I can remember in a long time. “I could not even count on 5 hands how many times I have been to THIS specific playa bowls in just the past month. It is my go-to spot simply because of the food, atmosphere, and staff. My go to is the Nutella bowl, however, I do dabble in other menu items such as the booster bowl for a great intake of protein and a good balance. My journey does not stop there though because in addition to my bowl I also grab protein bites for a quick snack later in the day. These fuel me for HOURS on end and I can't get enough of them. I would LOVE to be buried in a basket of these things. For events and office parties, I order their catering packages. Normally catering is too expensive for what you get but not here! The price for food was incredible and a huge hit at all the parties and events. The staff is honestly the best part of the place because they are incredible. They are always so helping and friendly and never fail to make my kids smile. The manager obviously has been hands on because they are AYYYYYMAZING!
