“I’ve stopped by the Dunkin in Pleasantville on several occasions and usually order an Iced Green Tea. The flavor and freshness are consistently good, which is why I continue to come back from time to time.

I’ve always used the drive-thru, and service is typically fast and friendly, though there have been a few visits where the interaction could have been a bit warmer. While I haven’t been inside the store, the outside of the property is generally clean. That said, there have been a couple of instances where panhandlers were present on the property, which was a bit off-putting.

Overall, this Dunkin is a fairly consistent stop for a quick drink. Nothing particularly stands out, but it usually gets the job done when you’re looking for something reliable.“

“We have been long time customers until today. We bought 6 smoothies and a half dozen donuts and the rude attendant said you can’t use the restrooms unless you are a costumer, I said we are we just bought a bunch of stuff and she said if you don’t sit you can’t use the bathroom. We won’t be back that is horrible customer service.“

“A really amazing experience! Last week I brought 8 teens to the Grille and one had severe food allergies. The staff and owners were amazingly kind, patient, knowledgeable and understanding about food allergies. They went above and beyond to make our lunch a success. “I was really surprised because I was there the minute they opened up and that had my food and coffee ready before I could even finish paying. They were kind they were pleasant. It was only like four something in the morning. I’m not even kind of pleasant at that hour Might be the fastest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever seen with three people on making things happen quickly“
