Living in Point Pleasant means having an endless lineup of incredible coastal spots right in our backyard, but Red’s Lobster Pot is the one place I will never stop raving about.
It completely captures that old-school, local fishing village charm. Sitting on the deck right along the Manasquan Inlet while the boats come in sets a scene that you just can’t replicate. It’s laid-back, welcoming, and feels like quintessential Point Pleasant.

No doubt, the BEST restaurant to get fresh fish cooked to perfection and pasta dishes that are to die for in Point Pleasant Beach. It’s our go to throughout the spring and summer. The cocktails are top notch with all fresh ingredients too. We love it here!

Red's Lobster Pot was fantastic in every aspect, with everyone being fast and pleasant, going far beyond the normal service. The food was amazing, served at the perfect pace, and abundant in portions. The restaurant's scenic location, sitting near the water, adds to its appeal, with a beautiful breeze and a sunny outdoor seating area. While some dishes may not meet expectations, the two-pound lobster and jerk grouper are praised for their quality. The dessert menu also features a delicious banana cream pie with chocolate crust.
