This is the busiest store in their district. Which includes a DRIVE THRU/ MOBILE ORDER/ & CAFE ORDER. This job is hard work and if you haven’t done it before then you don’t know. I see such ridiculous, poor reviews over nonsense because people are impatient or too entitled. Thank you Starbucks of Pompton & its crew for always trying your best. Reminder, if they didn’t get it right the first time they’ll make sure to if you kindly ask❤️

Today as I went into Starbucks for the first time in years I messed up my order however Ramsey helped me out the best way he could without making me feel bad and his service was 10 out of 10 he went above and beyond. I would recommend to go to this location they’re neat and clean and very respectful

Good service, personal was professional, and answered a quick question I had. The only thing was that it was a bit cold inside and during winter. Well, you know!Besides that, this Starbucks is a must for everyone in the Pompton Lakes area.
