“Let me start off by saying this hidden gem is the best Dominican food I have had since I moved to New Jersey almost 10 years ago, and I have tried a lot. Originally I found this on Google after reading some of the reviews, I decided to give it a try and let me say they did not disappoint. As soon as you walk in the aroma of good home-cooked food slaps you in the face and your mouth will begin to water as mines did. The food was very fresh and flavorful. I ordered the Pernil, yellow rice, red beans ,red onions and avocado. I also ordered the chicken empanadas. The staff was extremely accommodating friendly and went above and beyond. Let's just say I will definitely be coming back 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!!!”

“The decor at this morsel of Costa Rican culture is aesthetically pleasing and if you’re in the area, this is one of the better Tico spots. We watched Costa Rica beat Paraguay in a Copa America game while eating pupusas, un Casado and Tacos Ticos and totally hit the spot. Especially since they served some salsa Lizano on the side.”

“Yes..Staff, Service and Food always great! Have been dining here since they opened. We enjoy the Jekyll and Hyde calamari and the spiedini appetizers. Anton makes a great rack of pork and filet mignon. We ended with cappuccinos which hit the spot. 👍👍👍👍👍”

“First time there for myself. My wife had been there recently for lunch. OMG, amazing. We started with their homemade, warm Pita with Babaganush (sp?). Awesome. I had their Arugala salad, which I like wherever I go. This was amazing as well. Then we had our entrees. None of us could finish our meals, they were so plentiful and delicious. We each took home doggy bags. We told them we couldn’t possibly eat desserts so we ordered some to go. They then brought out hot Turkish teas for us AND a plate of a custard for us to share. Delicious!!! WOW! This place jumped right up near the top of our list for favorite restaurants. We will definitely be back.”

“One of the best meals I’ve had in Bergen County. A really elevated dining experience with nice options at every course. The focaccia was great to start with, every single salad was fantastic, I loved the pork Milanese, but the homemade gnocchi was incredible.

Lemon tart to finish was balanced and elegant.

“I saw this restaurant on uber eats about a year ago. I have ordered from this restaurant several times at work via uber eats or door dash. Additionally, I realized a few months later that your restaurant is less than 5 min from where I live. I continually order and I refer this place to many people. Anytime I call the order in and have to pick it up, the service is great.
Today I ate inside for the first time and as always the food was delicious. Our waiter, Don was fantastic!
I will continue to order from here and I will refer the restaurant to others!!”
