“We recently stopped in for a quick coffee and snack while traveling. The coffee was great! We also truly appreciated the kindness and honesty of the owner.Our coffee and conversation led to us leaving behind a quite valuable item. Late that evening after retracing our steps, the owner answered his phone and assured us that he found the item and it would be kept safe until the next morning.He was a man of his word, and the next morning served up two more coffees and the return of our item.Thank you very much for being a great human!“

“We visited the place last Saturday. The cheese bread is fresh but not really the bagels we got. We waited so long ; we found out that my daughter’s order was given to someone else but they did not care to replace it at once. When we asked about our order, that’s the time they rushed to prepare it , in less than five minutes, the sandwich was handed to us. When we were in the car since we’re already late for our next appointment, my daughter found out that the replacement was wrong. She paid for plain bagel with double eggs, bacon, and cheese but she was given with plain bagel with cheese only. They asked for our phone number but did not initiate the call. I hope they will do better in their team work.“

“Nice little spot where there's not much else around so its super convenient. Finally stopped by for an iced cold brew and it was really good. Great friendly service, would definitely stop by again. It's a trailer in the parking lot of the Willow Grove church, you can't miss it.

“They have many different types of coffee beans, we bought the Guatemalan Antigua and Columbia Light. The coffee beans was freshly roasted so they are very very good. I am giving a 4 star because the batista was not friendly/professional, he got annoyed when we ask questions about the coffee beans. The couple behind us also had the same unprofessional treatment.“

“Boxwood Cafe is a gem! The owner has created a high quality coffee shop and the employees are very friendly. I like to stop by for a latte and a baked good (scone, cookie, or blueberry bar) and sit outside at one of the side tables. Pre-Covid, they hosted open mic night and quiz night every month. Now Steve hosts a monthly Zoom Quiz Night and it is so much fun! A great locally owned cafe.“

“This is such a cute little cafe! Their street parking can be a little hectic, depending on when you go, but it's not terrible. Normal for the area. Food is fresh, and looks great. Staff were not the friendliest (no "hello" or "have a nice day"), but not rude either.

Taste-wise, the drinks were great! The food was hit or miss. The bagels were a bit tough but the fruits were fresh.

They don't have much seating. While the furniture is beautiful, it takes up a lot of space and doesn't offer enough room. Many people were saving seats, as well as small groups taking up large tables. I went during a weekend morning, when we were the only ones on line, and there was no space for four people. My group and I sat outside and there was garbage and leftover food out.

Overall, I'd come back again if I was in the area. The price is reasonable and the food is ok.“

“After an average lunch at the Food court of Menlo Park Mall we were looking for a nice coffee place that offered a sit down and good coffee. WE bypassed Starbucks and found this location adjacent. Very polite owner and great coffee sitting on comfortable chairs. Highly recommend as a nice independent location serving excellent coffees and other drinks.“

My wife says I'm a coffee snob. I've been a customer of TM Ward for about 7 years and I am very very happy with the product. They have a lot of varieties, great prices and great coffee. I am always changing up and its rare that I don't like the coffee. There Kona Blend (which has 0% Kona) is currently my favorite its smooth, tasty with a great aroma. Better than actual Kona. They roast to your liking and since I'm not a dark roast fan the coffees are exactly as I like it. I grind all my coffee (even drip coffee) and what a difference that makes. For espresso I get the Portuguese Blend and it tastes like I'm having a coffee in Portugal. You can't go wrong with TM Ward.“

“Excellent experience. Friendly greeting asking to have a cup of nexpresso immediately upon arrival. I than went to pick out my sleeves at the conter.Very personable professional staff. Excellent coffee and options from all over the world. The only drawback in US are the pods are more expensive than in Europe. Highly recommended for this Boutique in Bloomingdales at Short Hills Mall though.“
