Sazon Dominicano Restaurant offers authentic Dominican dishes with a good variety that changes daily. The food is good, especially the Mofongo de Chicharrón, and the service is friendly. While the seating is limited, it's mostly a take-out place. Some dishes like the sancocho with longaniza can be greasy, and the large onion chunks in the chicken soup may be overwhelming. Overall, a great spot in the Rahway area for Dominican cuisine.
