It did not seem the salad was with fresh seafood but rather frozen food
We had visited them for both dine in and take out. Food is always so good. Tonight we had their Tonight’s Special. Tequila mussels as the appetizer and catch of the day - sea bass with broccoli rabe and Halibut with gnocchi as main courses. The pesto sauce was legit. Tasted so fresh. Their garlic bread was complimentary but it was freshly toasted with so much butter and garlic and parsley. We spent $50-60 per person. For how big of pieces they serve, the price is really reasonable. We will definitely come back again.
Delicious fresh seafood served in a friendly neighborhood setting. Dishes have an Italian-American flair. Always delicious
The food was so fresh and the servers were so attentive!!The shrimp with garlic and oil over pasta was exceptional....a true gem in this area!!!Cant wait to return!!!
Our first time there it was delicious excellent service the food was delicious and many choices.
The food is incredible! Calamari salad, flounder franchise, and chicken Francois absolutely to die for. The best garlic bread ? I’ve ever had. Service was good and super friendly. We live 30 minutes away and we will be back. Also owned by a veteran and we should support another great American hero.
First time and last time.Order Mahi-mahi, but was served sword fish , that I do not eat. Was charged for the meal, I did not eat.
This was probably the worst meal of my life.. My boyfriend and I couldn’t wrap our heads around how the restaurant has such high reviews. To begin, we walked into a smoke filled restaurant, in which I brought to the waitresses’ attention. My comment was dismissed, but later solidified when they realized they left bread burning on their panini press.Next, we got the appetizer which seems fine at first, until we got to the bottom and a handful of the calamari were stale - I thought I just bit into plastic. Finally, my boyfriend got the flounder franchise, which was filled with bones and the egg batter was still runny. I ordered the lobster ravioli thinking “how can they mess this up?” well... they did. The filling wasn’t terrible, but i’ve had better. What ruined it for me was the sauce - if you can call it that. I would say they made the sauce by adding a bit of cream to nacho cheese sauce.. I was appalled.I usually don’t write poor reviews and i’ve worked in a restaurant for 4 years and i understand the struggle, but the food was just not editable. Stay away. And, note, this restaurant is separate from uncle vinny’s which was packed. I know they somehow have the same cook, or are intertwined somehow, but we should have gone there. we certainly won’t be going back here.
Had to wait to long for the food to be served. The waiters, service and food was great otherwise.
Date night Friday 11/26/21. This place is a hidden treasure for seafood. Our first time there. Food was fresh, delicious and a healthy portion. Casual, comfortable vibe. Staff, server, chef were fantastic. WE WILL BE BACK!
