We had Claudie's two weeks ago and it was delicious. I placed another order tonight. The chicken was a bit soggy and not crispy, the fries were under done The onion rings and buffalo wings were goid but I was very disappointed in the chicken and fries.
Started with the original route 35 store years ago and now travel to the BELFORD location about once a month for lunch ... Mainly into FRIED CHICKEN and FRIED SHRIMP ... Dont real care for RIBS (SORRY ) ... And REALLY LOVE those side items , my favorite of all time being the CORN FRITTERS ( most chicken places dont even sell them ) ... As a full time year round BAREFOOTER ( for over 5 years ) I have to tell you that I have NEVER been hassled about my bare feet ... Was thrown...
I enjoyed Claudy's chicken very very much. Everything I have had there was great. People are very friendly, Kathy the owner, couldn't be nicer or pay more attention her patrons then you could ask for.
Everyone there seems to give it their all! It is definitely my favorite place for chicken and basically everything and anything the menu is killer.
And not to mention everything I have tried was very good. So I don't think that they're overwhelmed...
