I made a reservation and not only did they immediately take us in and had us seated but service was quick and incredible. Unfortunately what I wanted on the menu wasn't available. Not only did they apologize but they comped the two drinks we ordered before we found out. Listen, it takes integrity to not only apologize but make things right without asking. For a place that was wine bar and sushi in its name, it's a little disappointing to only have 1 decent Cab on the menu the rest are low end wines. Also they don't serve Sushi anymore. So I don't get it. However the food was very good so I'll give them a pass and hope they rethink their product offering.
We had a 7 o'clock reservation, and we were all there at 7 but they were not able to seat us until about 7:25. They were apologetic and that was fine. Everything else was good except my husband's steak, which he ordered medium, came out well done. He was very disappointed. Salads were delicious, servers were nice. So, a mixed bag. But a steakhouse that messes up a steak, not great.
