I do not submit a lot of reviews but feelcompelled to do so after experience last night. After the owner/manger noticed that a very busy waitress had not been to our table to take drink order, what seemed like the entire restaurant then went out of their way to make up for the slight delay. Even though it was not a big deal to us, it was to them and they more than made up for a small inconvenience. Food was also really good, and atmosphere on a Saturday night was awesome. We came as a party of 6 and our table was ready on time. We had a lovely round table in the back. Our server was very friendly and helpful. The drinks and food were all very good. Would definitely recommend Triumph to friends looking for a casual spot to eat and drink in Red Bank.

Nice selection of appetizers and entrees-the cajun shrimp had just the right amount of spiciness. The short rib entree was delicious. Nice amount of space between tables; didn't feel like the people next to us were part of our conversation.
