The food was too salty especially the old bay potato chips and the gruoer sandwiches. Our guest of honor couldn't eat his. And because 2 of us were forced to move out of the “fire lane” we missed the waitress asking about coffee and desert. She could have done better. We had a hard time understanding the design of the menu. There are several dishes that do not include sides. The sides offered are corn on the cob, cucumber salad or fried plantains. The Halibut special was under-seasoned fish with a nice mushroom broth. Mushroom broth is not a side, especially with just a couple mushrooms. Triumph Restaurant & Brewery in Red Bank was a great place to dine (and park) prior to a concert at the nearby Count Basie Center. The gumbo soup special set the tone for a terrific meal, which included the pan-roasted Alaskan sockeye salmon and grilled mahi.
