I've been coming to the Red Bank Triumph for years and would love to give them five stars, but the experiences have fluctuated pretty wildly. Valentine's Day 2026 was amazing- the service was on point, as it typically is, the food from the specials menu was sublime and the beer was fantastic (especially the bottle of Grand Cru I brought home- never tasted anything like it). The capanato and mushroom small dish was seriosly lacking in capanato but the mushrooms were delicious. I ordered the lamb burger wo bread and it was delicious but tiny. My sister ordered the salmon sandwich wo bread and it was more substantial. I brought the flank steak dinner home for my son and he didn't think it was that good. I recommend sandwiches at this restaurant, or a small plate.Our server was EXCELLENT!
The food consistently provides a delightful experience. It's especially convenient to dine here before attending a performance at Two River Theatre, located just across the street!
