Fantastic value for your dollar. Excellent food! We had the fried artichoke with ricotta and hot honey appetizer, which was delicious. Our Hot Chicken with spicy rigatoni and Chicken Milanese dinner portions were immense and well worth the modest price. The service was attentive and considerate, asking if we had tix to a play in order to ensure our orders were brought out promptly so there was no need to rush. Would definitely recommend!

Our first time dining at the Bistro. The environment was lively but not overwhelming. Our waiter and servers were very accommodating to our needs. Everyone enjoyed the appetizers and entrees, we'll be back.

Food was delicious and service was great.Especially recommend the burrata - OMG- shared with my two friends but could have eaten this on my own. We all enjoyed our mains: chicken Milanese, truffle parpardelle and branzino. First time visit but will definitely return!

Came for my birthday dinner. It's was very good. Server was nice and came to check on us a good amount of times.

We have been going here for years- usually loved it-BYOB -last few times portions are smaller and salad didn't have that fresh bite to it - crack calamari salad - the calamari tasted light which was tasty but the salad is missing the taste factor my son and husband ordered the Fra Diablo seafood with fettuccine waiter was great

Horrible fish entree. Cappuccino was cold. Waiter disputed it so I dipped my finger in it to show him. No apology. Won't be back ever 😩

Love this restaurant. A wide variety to choose in their menu. We had the meatballs and the new dish on the menu spaghetti arabiatta, and the filet mignon souvlaki. The meals were delicious and cooked to perfection. Staff was friendly, tentative and knowledgeable.

The food was delicious and the service was great. We arrived early and had a lengthy stay. We never felt pressured to hurry up Overall it was a great dining experience.

Decent food as always but, unfortunately, our server was more concerned with socializing with the manager(who equally wasn't concerned with anything) rather than doing her job. She took our order and only came back when almost done with the meal to “check how everything came out”. When asked why one of the plates was missing a key ingredient, she blamed the kitchen and walked away without offering to fix it. Bistro has always been a last resort spot when every other restaurant in Red Bank is booked and will continue to be just that. It's no wonder there's always open tables.

Had eaten there many years ago and seems to be more upgrade food, fairly convenient to the Count Basie Theatre. Parking was a bit difficult as during Holidays and parking lots were completely full so had to park about (3) blocks away, metered parking "free" for Holidays!

The food was phenomenal! From the garlic bread to the veal to the chicken, everything was phenomenal! We highly recommend going here. Very quaint space and nice staff.

Food & service wer top-notch...Excellent calamari salad & brussel sprouts... we had ingredients with clam sauce, salmon, and scampi. All dishes were wonderful and what a value we did the dinner ticket prior to a show. Never had a bad meal here.
