My wife and I had the 4 course dinner. Food was very good. We started with the Bacon and Brie Cheese Fondue. Pretzel bread was extremely good. For entrees, my wife had the land and sea, I had the steak. Everything came out good. I enjoyed cooking my own food at table. Everything came out good. We finished with cookie and cream fondue. This was very good too. Even dipped a little of the chocolate into my coffee for an enhanced taste. Our server was very good.
Went with my 10yr old daughter to celebrate my birthday and we had an amazing experience. Lauren was so friendly and on top of everything! 10/10

We were visiting Front Royal from another state for few days. After spending all day at Shenandoah national park, we decide to order to go as we were not sure how the place was. But after reaching there it was a nice place so we requested if we could just dine in instead of take out. The front lady said no problem but when our server came he was not happy about it and told us it’s ok we can sit down but they can not do dine in after placing the order for take out. We thought it would not be a big problem. Then he asked what we ordered and then for the boxes and just left ir on the table. It was so hard for us to eat from the boxes. How long it would take to take pizza out from box and serve it on a pizza dish. Also they have very small plates for eating. I was disappointed with that behavior but we just ate and left.

The place is extremely cute. I loved the atmosphere , the cozy tables and the wooden details. The vibes in this place are awesome and perfect for a romantic dinner. I came here with my husband to celebrate my late birthday ! I did not ask for any extras but i just wanted to enjoy the food and the atmosphere. Our waiter, Alexander is an awesome guy , extremely friendly and very helpful , he took our orders and he answered to any questions we had. first of all I must say that I loved the experience of the fondue ? made on the table. The server brings the ingredients to your table , where a hot plate is heating up the pot , and then they put all the ingredients in the pot one at a time and then they mix all of them together so you can see the ingredients melting together. I loved this idea , I really think it matches perfectly the name of the restaurant too. we ordered two cheese fondues, because actually one was not enough for us ! We had the Wisconsin Cheddar and the Artichoke Spinach. The fondues come with dippers (fruit and veggie , bread and 4 slices of salami). The taste of the cheese fondues was amazing . We also had the milk chocolate fondue as dessert which comes with dippers (marshmallows, strawberry and banana and pieces of brownies and other cakes) and then we had baileys coffee which had whipped cream on the top. The taste of everything was just awesome. Now, I want to talk about what I didnt like : the price is too high - 30 $ each fondue pot which is supposed to be for two people but actually the price is not justified ( the ingredients used are not expensive and not in such a big amount ). The dippers are not so many but the server let us know we could order a refill as much as we could. I also ordered a salad which was delicious but again a small portion for a high price in my opinion. Overall, quantity doesn’t correspond to the price but the quality is definitely there. Another thing , I asked for some modifications in the dippers - whether I could have potatoes in addition to my fondue - but modifications were not possible ?. I won’t come back just because the price is not justified and i actually don’t find any efforts to satisfy the customers. The cocktail we ordered the basil refresher was also very tasty .

We recently dined at The Melting Pot in Red Bank, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Our server and bartender, Brendan, truly stood out. He was diligent, attentive, and ensured that every detail of our meal was perfect. His attentive service made our evening even more enjoyable, as he was consistently checking in without being intrusive, which added a personal touch to our experience. The timing of each course was impeccable, allowing us to enjoy our meal at a relaxed, comfortable pace.
The food itself was delicious, as always. Each course was perfectly prepared, and we thoroughly enjoyed the signature fondue experience. We did miss the inclusion of filet mignon as part of the standard package, so we decided not to upgrade. However, the quality of the food remained excellent, and the rich flavors made for a memorable dining experience. To top it off, the chocolate-covered strawberries to-go were a fantastic touch, making the end of our evening even sweeter.
We will definitely be returning to The Melting Pot in Red Bank. The combination of fantastic service, particularly from Brendan, and the enjoyable menu made our night special. We look forward to visiting again soon and creating more fondue memories!

The food was good, service was pretty good, but a bit slow at times. No matter how small or large our groups are, service always seems to slow down near the end of the dining experience. This is probably by design, but it seems it could be better. Over all, this is a neat place, but the atmosphere and experience just isn't something my wife and I prefer. For the money, we'd much prefer a restaurant that cooks everything for us, but we came here for our friend's birthday. Again, it's not that Melting Pot is bad, it just isn't our preference for a night out on a date or with friends. Nothing really stands out other than we pay to cook our own food at a restaurant lol. I can cook much better dishes at home for much cheaper.

My girlfriends and I got together for a good time. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked into this really cute spot. We were sat by the hostess and served by Spencer and he was great! We started with the cocktails and I got the old fashioned which was really good. My friends enjoyed their cocktails. For out fondue we started with the cheese and we ordered the Wisconsin Cheddar and the Spinach it came with some chips and vegetables and fruit. It was made in front of us! I wasn't a fan of the Wisconsin Cheddar but the Spinach was good! We then had the chocolate of the Pure milk chocolate and the Flaming Turtle. That came with the banana, brownies, blondie, etc. I really liked both but the Flaming Turtle was my favorite! I really enjoyed my time!
Our host did a fantastic job and I would recommend the Melting Pot because of how awesome she was!
Vegetarian options: They offer everything including vegetables and I chose the vegetables in the broth and on the grill
Kid-friendliness: It was my grandson's 16th Birthday and we celebrated it with his 13 year old sister along with others but I could tell the kids were having an awesome time

The food is great and the desert is even better, BUT since they removed the waffles from the menu it has been lacking a lot more. Other than that the food and vibe is amazing

I was extremely extremely disappointed that they discontinued the Gorgonzola port sauce I honestly have no reason to do the dinner portion any longer which is a shame but it will save me a bundle The cheese is exceptional and our server was wonderful
I have always loved the melting pot but tonight’s dinner was special, it was both of my daughter’s first time. Let me tell you something, our waiter was Hunter and he knocked it out of the park. My girls truly had and experience and it wouldn’t have been nearly the same without him. He recommended his favorite meat option for a substitution because we don’t like chicken and that was the first thing to be cleared off the plate, Everything that came out of his mouth screamed hospitality and professionalism. He assisted in choosing a meal that even my picky eater would love. The food was great but seriously the service was exceptional. Hunter if you ever read this just know that my daughters had the time of their lives and I couldn’t be more greatful.
Here’s a picture of the bananas fosters, with Hunter as our hand model.

It is always good to me. Only issue was usually when they do the fondue part once they put the ingredients in it's hot enough to eat right away. I think the fondue pot was on hot enough so had to wait a bit. Server was attentive and friendly. Food still tasted great.
07-2024: dated, dirty, dingy. Just don’t. Good was meh, menu is a huge mess. Smelled like old grease. Had to send duck back as it was “funky”. Appetizer broccoli was frozen taking the cook it yourself concept way to far. Best part was deserts- go to the bar order chocolate eat main meal somewhere else!
