“What an amazing and special experience we just had a frosty café. I went today for the first time with my two daughters ages 11 and nine who love Boba tea, while we were online we decided that we would also get six macaroons and started some friendly conversation with the lady in front of us. To our surprise, she paid for us and started a conversation about sharing blessings and paying it forward. We definitely got more out of this trip than we expected. Can't wait to return to try desserts and coffee!“

A+ Grade A Standout Memorable Attentive Harmann speaks multiple languages , knows the menu inside and out and is incredibly knowledgeable about Laduree . I was transported back to the flagship location in Paris 👌🏿🙌🏿🇫🇷 This is hospitality ! He created a great experience for me and recommended items for brunch and to take home as gifts ! He truly deserves to be recognized. Keep up the great atmosphere and global standard of Laduree !“

“I like this location better than the York avenue location. The space is bigger and the service seems more pleasant depending on who you get. Is also more centrally located than the York avenue location which is closer to the edge of the island.“
