“10-25-25 visit.
I’ve been to several of Tommy’s Tavern locations. The food has always been exceptional along with the staff customer service.
I’ve been to the Cherry Hill location twice now. The first visit was met with good food and customer service! My 10-25-25 visit I decided to sit at the bar, and the customer service in this area was sub par at best. My girlfriend and I ordered some drinks off of the cocktail menu and both didn’t tasted like they were light on the alcohol side. Mine specifically was the Mango Mojito. We did discuss this with the bartender however she said that she couldn’t add any more alcohol. She stated that she could only take our drinks and make us two no one’s. We opted to get draft beers from the tap.
We ordered the cauliflower appetizer which was good however the bartender had it sent out the same time as our entrees. Also I’ve really enjoyed their turkey burgers until this visit. The turkey burger that I was given looked like it was two frozen patties with the usual trimmings however it now comes with guacamole on it apparently. I was told by the Manager that they changed the menu on this item. The old turkey burger looks like it was freshly made with spices and other very good ingredients in it that I really enjoyed. And it didn’t come with guacamole.. That version apparently has been eliminated in place of the two frozen patties that I was given. I’d didn’t eat it as a result. Guacamole on a turkey burger to me doesn’t make sense. So I was very disappointed with my experience.. I’m just gonna take this experience as a one off because I do enjoy going to Tommy’s. I’ve never had a problem before. Hopefully the next time I go, I will have a much better experience at this location. If I do decide to order another turkey burger, I will definitely check the menu to see how it is made and what comes with it. Hopefully they can go back to the old version cause I really like that version.

“Rebecca was my waitress. Great service—even though the place was packed and she basically got sat 7 tables at once. Good food, great service. I’ve been to PJ before—just not this location. It didn’t disappoint. She seemed happy when I asked for the check and it came time for the gratuity. :) Grabbed the manager on the walk out and let him know how good the service was. Good spot with good food good service and poured a good drink. Thank you Rebecca for making it a great meal.“

“My dining experience at the newly renovated Friday’s in Bensalem Pennsylvania was outstanding. My food: the center cut sirloin, mashed potatoes and broccoli were sensational. This meal made me want to continue eating it even after my stomach was full. My guest’s food: the fried shrimp, French fries and coleslaw was reported as delicious. Everything was cooked as requested and seasoned well. Our server Pauline was attentive, and she did not wait for me and my guest to ask for what we wanted. She acted on her own initiative to get us what we needed. A warm welcome was received by the Manager Michelle who made us feel like valued customers. Dining at Friday’s made me feel great.“

“We stopped in with friends after a sporting event and had an excellent experience. Our waiter, Brian, was on top of things and was able to handle our large group pretty easily. “After the Common show Friday March 15th, we decided to grab a bite at Chickie & Pete's. Unfortunately after that our #GirlsTrip went into a spiral. SOMEHOW a little over an hour after the server "MAGGIE" took possession of her Visa debit card, said card was used to make 2 online casino gambling transactions. The next day when the fraudulent transactions were discovered the 1st for $200, the 2nd for $100, she contacted her bank & they canceled her card. A major inconvenience especially when you use your card for automatic bill paying. I immediately contacted the Parx casino call center for information & I also placed a call to Chickie & Pete's. The casino told us to come in & file a report with security. I received a call back almost immediately from C&P's Asst. Gen Manager "Sue" & was told she'd look into it. When we arrived back to the casino, security refered her to the Bensalem, Pa PD & she made a criminal report with them. AGM Sue, a very dismissive & unapologetic woman, said she reviewed the camera footage and found no wrongdoing on her employee's part...case closed!! When I asked her if the card had ever left Maggie's hands, she snapped "I will NOT be interrogated by YOU"!! but did eventually confirm that NO ONE other than Maggie had had possession of the card. She then asked if my friend was sure she didn't make the transactions herself or give her card to someone or perhaps lose it? The problem with these half hearted attempts at dismissing us was #1....her card went immediately back into her wallet after Maggie returned it to her so no it was not lost, stolen or given to anyone. And #2... unlike myself, my friend is not a gambler & even if she were, why in the world would she be in an actual casino (which is where we remained after eating) when the theft was committed & use an online casino/gambling app? So NO, none of those scenarios makes much sense but I guess she had to come up with ANYTHING that might dispel responsibility away from herself, Maggie & C&Ps. OR perhaps Sue is just purposely naïve of how easy it is to obtain the CC#, CVV code & EXP date from a patrons card using perhaps a cell phone's camera to capture such info for later use. The fact that someone is careful enough to not get caught on camera committing the act, is just a testament to how good they've become at doing it. So if you decide to patronize this establishment, THINK TWICE before using your credit card and especially think twice before using your debit card!!“

Our waitress was the cutest, and when she found out it was for my mother's day, she took an extra effort to write it on our check. Her name is Mackenzie, she was sweet, on point, and gave us her all. Please tell her I said thank you again. Totally recommend Miller's ale house.“
