I had the pleasure of dining at Louis by Chef Jason on September 29th for a first date, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of remarkable. Arriving a few minutes early, I asked if there was a bar, only to be told there wasn’t, but there was a wine and liquor store next door. I headed over, only to find it had closed early. Another gentleman and I shared the same confusion about the early closure.
