Had a problem with my burger that the lead manager came over and fixed promptly, but the bespectacled man who took our order was passive-aggressive and very condescending. According to our receipt, apparently the man's name was Lorenzo. In the first place, Lorenzo refused to even take my order until my fiancé (who was with me) ordered her food first. The reason Lorenzo gave for this was simply an insistence on "ladies first!"
