Every location seems to have the same barren setup. Zero customer service. And cold coffee. The pastries look nice but are all chewy. The odd setup where you are left alone to figure out how to serve yourself is odd and void. Whatever corp entity that bought the company has zero interest in the customers. Its a trendy looking soulless store that leaves me wanting for a local bakery.
I have been here at least 12 times in the last three months. I love this place. I truthfully do NOT understand the negative comments about this place—either everyone is a liar, over exaggerating (as per usual), or judge too soon. I believe a person has to visit a place a minimum of 3-5 times before making a review that matters. I’ve had just one mildly unpleasant experience and it was resolved by the excellent girl behind the counter. Super nice. Well kept on the inside. Bread...

I just opened a store in Rockaway Mall. I have been coming here every morning since march'26.
NEVER insects. ALWAYS FULLY STOCKED (my visit is before 10am) DELICIOUS everything. I love the chicken salad sandwich. Everything I have tried is excellent.
