Bought coffee and sandwich, asked for glass of water, told I have to buy a bottle of water, no free water for customer, managers policy. Never going back
WOW. Upon reading some of these reviews, I wonder if we went to the same location, people!
I just opened a store in Rockaway Mall. I have been coming here every morning since march'26.
NEVER insects. ALWAYS FULLY STOCKED (my visit is before 10am) DELICIOUS everything. I love the chicken salad sandwich. Everything I have tried is excellent.
The front staff obviously needs a turn over, and I have seen that already start. Honestly, that's just an unfortunate part of business....read full review

Food is great but there were flies in and around the pastry display. Was very off putting.

Paris Baguette is a warm, welcoming, and pretty place with a cozy and modern charm. It is a go-to coffee spot in the area, using Lavazza beans, with many finding its coffee much better than nearby chains. The pastries look incredible and are often really good, fresh, and flaky, with specific items like the strawberry croissant noted as excellent. The iced latte is also excellent.
However, experiences can be inconsistent. There have been issues with staff awareness and politeness, as well as cleanliness on tables and the floor. The location is sometimes understaffed, leading to long lines. Specific service mistakes, like poorly packing pastries such as cream donuts, have caused big disappointments. Management response to complaints has sometimes shown no concern. Furthermore, a specific cake, the chocolate mousse salted caramel cake, was found to be extremely salty and not well-balanced, differing from a delicious version ordered previously at another location.
While many find the staff friendly and efficient, making it a place worth checking out for a weekend routine, these service and product inconsistencies are notable.
