Ordered a $28 sandwich that was supposed to be “MILD” and they put pepper ham on it. Called to complain and they said “that’s how we make it. Sweet capitols has. Black pepper on the outside”. No it doesn’t. They gave us pepper ham. Poor customer service and definitely not worth the money. Mediocre at best. You can get a better sandwich at Jersey Mikes. Primo Hoagies is fantastic! The sandwiches are made to order on yummy bread, the macaroni salad is delicious, and the pickles are super tasty. What a great addition to the restaurants here in Rockaway.
