Ordered on the app which states they are participating in the BOGO promo. Placed my order, Card was charged and received my email of my confirmation. 2 minutes later received another conformation email saying I cancelled my order which I didn't. They said they don't participate in the promotion and put a sign up saying it.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received from This Subway restaurant on oct 5 Rockaway. I placed an order through your mobile app, and to my disbelief, the order was voided without any clear explanation. I get to the subway an the the lady express how they don't except coupons. They only have 2 types of bread, no herb and cheese.You can't watch them prepare the sandwich because of a large metal cover being in the way.And there's a sign saying no refills on the $3.40 fountain drinks.Also, it's part of a Walmart, so the atmosphere is just that.
