Ordered a Venti and got a Grande. I told the woman that I had ordered a Venti, and she was rude about it and said I ordered a Grande. So I asked if I was charged for a Grande at least, and she said yes. Just left and looked at my receipt and they charged me for a Venti. Called the store to ask about it, and no one answers. Mostly just upset about the rude service.
The one blonde manager also has a nasty attitude yelling at her staff with no care of people in store and I’ve witnessed her yell at customers when they get comfortable on their seats while working and they never change to give me therefore I have walk canceling my order
Love this Starbucks. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Even if the line is long my patience is just a little longer because of the smile I get when get to the front of the line and my barista already knows my drink.
