The service is very slow even via drive- thru... The cashier is polite... I'm a former fast food worker, and I can extend grace because I understand what happens during filling food orders. To wait over 45 minutes for 2 items, it's not efficient service for fast food restaurant....

I stopped by around 2am, food tasted like it was cooked during the day n they just heated it up or the Oil is old and they just keep re-frying it. Chicken nuggets tasted like they were microwaved and with a bitterness to it. No salt on fries tasted old. Soda had no ice and it tasted like it had been sitting for a while.

Everything as usual is fresh and on point. I went through the drive thru and when I got home and took everything out of the bag I was missing my double stack with no pickles. I paid for it and now I don’t have it for lunch tomorrow 😩
