In fact, our table was last to receive each course of the meal, and it was just too slow. The bill for 4, with tip, was $650, which is too much to receive such poor service.“

ABSOLUTELY, so far, one of the best around.... This hole in a wall will surprise the s#$& out of you. Next time I will go for a full size pie and tell you how that goes....It will be interesting... I have been in places where I love there personal size and didn't like there full size....and let me add..... It was so good that I ate the personal Mushroom before I got home and I love down the road in Morristown... That's how good this wasI AM TELLING YOU if you like a crunch to your pizza, and you eat the whole slice.... This places personal pie is just for you....The two guys behind the counter was extremely nice... One had to be the owner, a bigger guy great personality and knew his stuff.... And the counter guy was just as nice and eager to help....So I have no dog in this fight.... Did I get lucky, maybe maybe not.... “I went to Pezzo Pizza with three children under 5, and the staff was just incredible. They were so, so sweet and accommodating — not always an easy task with little ones, I get it! I felt completely at home, and so did the kids. The food was really good too, which made the whole experience even better. “The food here is outstanding & delicious! You must try the Sicilian Grandma's Pizza. The crust was amazing as is how they make a Sicilian slice of pizza. It's the right balance of crust and fresh ingredients without it being overpowered with dough. The salad we had was delicious too. “A Hidden Gem in Wharton That Keeps Getting Better!

This evening we had a truly wonderful dinner at Reno’s Pizzeria and Restaurant in Wharton, NJ. From start to finish, everything about our visit was top-notch. Our server, Shirley, was incredibly attentive—friendly, prompt, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. What really stood out, though, was that Reno himself came by to check in and ensure we were enjoying our evening. It’s not every day you see that level of care and pride from an owner, and it absolutely elevated the experience.

We started with two fantastic appetizers—the eggplant rollatini and little neck clams in marinara sauce. Both were delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. For entrees, we chose the mahi mahi in mango sauce special and the shrimp scampi over linguini. Each dish was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. Compliments to the chef—truly excellent work in the kitchen!

We ended our meal on a sweet note with the mini cannolis, which were perfectly crispy and bursting with flavor.

Although Reno’s (formerly Maria’s) has been a staple in town for some time, their recent expansion into a charming sit-down dining area has added so much to the local dining scene. It’s cozy, welcoming, and a perfect spot for a relaxed and satisfying dinner. Reno’s is a real asset to Wharton, and we’ll definitely be back! (PS It's BYOB!)“

Excellent pasta fagioli soup, huge slices of pizza, and overstuffed, cheesesteak. Great service and reasonable prices. We were informed there is an extra charge if you're not paying cash. This is becoming a common practice and we were informed of it. Server was excellent and made us feel welcome. I was asked if I knew of any pizza parlors served gluten free and of course I recommended Carmine's.“

“Just started ordering from Anthony & Sons all the way from Northeastern PA and couldn't be happier with the selection and fantastic service. Excited to incorporate their breads and rolls into our menu.“

“My husband and I have visited La Strada a number of times over the years. Back in April, after the pandemic, when eating inside was allowed once again, we visited and wasn't happy with the service, nor the meal. But keep in mind, most places were having a difficult time finding help. We thought that we would once again give La Strada a try, and we were very happy and delighted with everything. First, the service was excellent. Upon sitting down, bread, butter and a array of olives were served. We then ordered drinks and dinner. Dinner came with a wonderful house salad. (We loved the house dressing.) My husband order Chicken Marsala and I ordered Chicken Parm. Both meals were excellent and very generous in size. (Enough left overs for another meal.) They obviously had gotten a new chef, who is excellent. Also, they had a number of waiters/waitresses, who were very attentive. They really have greatly improved over our last experience, and we'll be going back soon.“

“Really great slice. I started visiting Chester 25 years ago as a young kid. The thinner than average crust at Bella's stood out to me even then, but still feels true to NJ Style pizza which I strictly classify and golden brown and crispy crust/bottom which achieves those wonderful golden brown micro bubbles. I'm normally skeptical of pizza joints which use a mesh tray to cook, however this place is quite the exception. The mesh tray might be their secret to that really awesome bake on their crust.“
