“It's always a delight to eat at Bruno's Bistro. The atmosphere is so warm and friendly. We're visiting family and getting to eat delicious, freshly prepared food. Some of our favorites are the cheese gnocchi with crabmeat in vodka sauce, short ribs, and the paroadelle bolognese. The pistachio dessert is to die for. Their whipped cream is homemade and to perfection. Mangia and enjoy!“

“The food was great. We had bread and olive oil with olives brought to us, and then shared the seafood salad and then had the Short Ribs and Veal Saltimboca. Prices were very reasonable. Servings were large...we took home some of the seafood salad and Veal. There were only 5 tables with diners on a Thursday at 7pm, but all were properly attended by one person acting as waitstaff for all. Absolutely no problems. It would have been nice if there were more people eating there, but we'll help fix that by coming with friends next time“

“We dined last night. We have been dining at ilvilagio for 20+years while we do like the men who usually serve us they can be slow and easily distracted talking with customers they know. We had a young lady last night who was so pleasant and absolutely adorable, she made food recommendations that were spot on and knew the menu items well enough to tell us the ingredients. She did everything herself from taking the order to serving the food and clearing the table. I'm impressed. She was so cute and funny that she made our night exceptional. I didn't get her name but she was the only girl there. Thanks for making our night special.“

“Great local pizza place! There are multiple delicious menu items whether you are a meat eater, vegetarian, or something else. I enjoy their salads, specials, entrees, and of course, the pizza. Not a big fan of the grease, but the sauce is great. You'll receive large portions for affordable costs (better than others around). The service is friendly and efficient. This is a hopping place, especially Friday & Saturday nights. I recommend ordering ahead before you're hungry for when you are hungry, or waiting until after the dinner-time rush.“

“This is our favorite place… This is the side of meatballs and Ziti Norcina with homemade sausage. I have tried many different pasta dishes and love them all. It’s hard to choose when I get there. “Wow was it busy at lunch. Long line and I thought it would move quicker so make sure you aren’t in a rush. I went with the italian tuna special sandwich. It was good but found it a little dry. It also needed more acidity. The staff works clean which is always good to see. I would come back to try another sandwich. The antipasto salad was good. Nice balance of acidity and saltiness. There is street parking and I didn’t have a hard time getting a spot. Not dying to come back but if I was in the area I would. 3.5 stars is about right.“

“We had my mother-in-law’s repast at Pucciarello’s in October 2024. We came with a few more guests than expected and the staff was extremely accommodating. Extra tables were set up in no time and the luncheon went off without a hitch. The food was outstanding and the service very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to dine there again.

“Oh man… where to start. The service was phenomenal, great recommendations, great atmosphere, the owner, Ms. Dana greeted us with a smile, Nikki the manager was great to deal with. Now the food… I had the special, “The Gobbler” and it was unbelievably tasty. The crunch from the toasted bread, the flavors all together were a symphony on my taste palette. My gf got the “Toni Ann” and she couldn’t talk while we were eating together because she wouldn’t stop stuffing her face. After she said the chicken cutlet was cooked perfect, mozzarella was fresh, peppers were exquisite. Overall experience was just mind-blowing. I’d recommend Ferraro’s to any person, local or travelers, you NEED to stop and eat here.“

“When we decided to make a reservation here I was concerned because the parking situation in Madison is difficult. IlGoccino has parking in the rear of the restaurant so it was fine. The staff were warm and welcoming and they honored our reservation on arrival. The food was excellent - the salmon cooked to perfection and the chicken was tender and delicious as well. We certainly will return.“

“My brother and sister-in-law recommended this place, so we decided to all go for a double date. They mentioned their co-workers loved it, so we had high expectations. Well, the food surpassed them! You can usually tell if a place is great from the very first bite, and everything tasted incredibly fresh, creamy, and simply divine. I was amazed that everything we tried was exceptional. I ordered the butternut squash ravioli, perfect for the season! The owner was so friendly and, after overhearing how much we enjoyed the cheese with figs and prosciutto, he brought us an extra plate on the house. He also treated us to berries and cream, the ravioli special and even a glass of limoncello. It's been a long time, if ever, since I've experienced such excellent customer service. You can tell the chef is always consistent, he truly cares about his craft. I highly recommend this place, and I love that we've found our new go-to spot whenever we're in Madison and craving Italian, or even when we're not—the food is just that good!“

“Flew in for a work trip this week and we decided to order Gencarelli's Pine Brook last minute through UberEats. I took these photos midway through the meal. Being a vegetarian, and without seeing clear labeling on their menu, I called the restaurant ahead of time to find out what was safe to order. The guy I chatted with (possibly the Manager, Walter?) was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure he got me the right info for dishes, and communicated with the cook after we ordered to avoid any mix-ups. All of the food (cheese ravioli with parmesan, garlic sauteed spinach, beet salad, plain rolls) was fresh and the quality was exceptional. Portions were large and I was able to eat on them for a couple days. The plain cheesecake was literally the best I've ever had in my life. 🙌 I'm still dreaming about it and wish I could have it shipped to TX. I definitely recommend Gencarelli's Pine Brook for a delicious night out or even a relaxing night in. Can't wait for my next visit to NJ!“

The owner Rosario, who is the chef is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and his food is truly amazing. “My team had a lunch booked today and stepping into L’Allegria was a beautiful surprise. I booked the restaurant based on the menu and ratings, plus parking looked easy. Without planning it we had a private room where we could celebrate the departure of one of our colleagues. Alana took great care of us and the food was delicious and well executed. Temperatures were perfect on the food too. The zucchini blossoms and homemade gnocchi were the best I’ve had in YEARS. The chef and restaurant team are to be commended. “My girlfriend and I came to pavesi last night and the entire experience was out of this world. From the immediate attention of our server Seth, to the amazing food Chef Sam made to the atmosphere. To start the food is out of this world, there are few restaurants who can faithfully say they serve fresh Italian cuisine on the daily but let me tell you this place IS one of the few. The similarities of chef sam’s dishes to the dishes I have eaten in Italy are uncanny. With every bite was a blast back to sitting in Tuscany or Rome eating true Italian cuisine. The entire staff was beyond welcoming and super tentative at making sure we had a great experience. You know a restaurant is quality when the chef is making rounds at the tables personally asking how your experience was and how the food taste. He truly cares about his perfection and it shows not only in the amazing taste but the attention to detail and making sure you are enjoying yourselfs. I am Not one to ever leave a review on a website but for this restaurant I will twice on Sunday, the chef made my girlfriend and I feel like we were celebrities, a franky Sinatra if you will based off the amazing food and ambiance. “In a basic strip mall is a hidden gem - a great Italian restaurant. Menu is expansive, so they have just about everything, including specials, so come hungry. Small, but quaint restaurant also has a large bar area on the other side which is a bonus! Pasta dishes are yummy. Chicken dishes including Chicken Martini are favorites and the veal is very tender. Walk in on a week day but make resy on weekends as it does fill up. Mangia!“
