Absolutely lovely restaurant for dinner! The food was amazing, service was excellent and the atmosphere was elegant. We look forward to coming back time and time again. A true gem!
It's rare that a place gets 5 stars on everything, but here we are. A charming location in Summit, NJ, the front door opens to a lively atmosphere as if you were in the Village in Manhattan. Beautifully but simply decorated, with ample walking space between tables, it is as welcoming as it looks promising, and it delivers at all stages. We just had the best lunch at Aubrey’s Corner thanks to our amazing server Maynor! It was our first time in and Maynor welcomed us with the BEST suggestions and service. Their short rib grilled cheese and smash burger were out of this world. As an app, the muscles (and juice) and bread are to die for!! Maynor gave the best recommendations and was extremely helpful and attentive the entire dining experience. We can’t wait to come back for dinner - definitely a new local favorite!

Aubrey's Corner is a lovely restaurant in Summit, NJ, that offers an elegant and lively atmosphere. The decor is beautiful but simple, with ample walking space between tables, and the service is excellent and attentive. Guests have praised the welcoming environment and the amazing wine selection and cocktail menu. The food is described as amazing, with many standout dishes. The wings are super crispy with sauces on the side, and the salmon is cooked perfectly with crispy skin and tender fish. The short rib is gluten free and comes in a generous portion. The duck breast is perfectly seared with a reduction, and the seasonal duck has a great blueberry wine reduction glaze. The halibut has a depth of flavor and texture that is 10/10, and the potato souffle is perfectly crisp, moist, and crunchy. The short rib grilled cheese and smash burger are out of this world, and the muscles and bread are to die for. The chocolate pot de creme has a velvety texture. The only complaint is that it is always so cold. Overall, Aubrey's Corner is a true gem and a new local favorite for any occasion.
