“After 32 years out of NJ pizza has been disappointing. So now that I am in NJ for work until July, my quest is to eat 2 slices of cheese pizza at every place the locals recommend. Today, it's Joe's, and they did not disappoint!!! Highly recommend to any visitor and other locals. The test of good pizza is the point folds off the plate and it leaves a nice red oily stain on the paper plate...both were spot perfect...the crust was perfect, the cheese was gooey and flavor top notch. if I work in the area tomorrow, it's calzone or stromboli!!“

“Pat's has several locations; I frequent the one in Pennsville. It is clean, is good, and the prices are reasonable. Seating is spacious. In my opinion, they have the best pizza- thicker crust, lots of cheese, and good portions. The menu offers plenty of lunch and dinner choices. Finally, they give senior and group discounts, making it a good choice for your group get together eating in , take out or catered.“

They're under new management now, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for takeout. The crust was fresh, soft, and had a great texture. The sauce had a sweet, homemade flavor that really stood out, and the amount of toppings was just right for the size of the pizza. The service was exceptional—several staff members assisted me while I waited, and they were all polite and attentive. They offered to add garlic sauce to the crust (which was a nice touch!) and even asked if I wanted my pizza well done since I arrived a bit early. Little things like that show they care about the customer experience. The inside of the shop was very clean and orderly, which added to the great first impression. I’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others looking for quality pizza and excellent service.“
