The first impression was a little shaky due to how Brian came off to us in the beginning. I didn’t expect for him to tell me they were out of ingredients the way that he told me. Host staff forgot we checked in for our reservation so we sat there for 25 minutes and never apologized and acted like it was because we were listed as a four top regardless I checked in with the reservation as 3. “Excellent pizza! Didn't want to judge too quickly so decided to wait until we ordered again. This time, it was just as good and the service was just as helpful and friendly. I am gluten free, (not celiac) so we gave theirs a shot along with the regular ones we ordered. All I can say is WOW! I have tried so many places in the area hoping to find a GF crust that resembles 'real' pizza, and Stone Mill has figured it out! I asked if it was cauliflower crust or a blend, and the person answering the phone happily gave us the ingredients of what it is made from, without sounding annoyed at the time it took to explain. The crust is great, not pre-made and thankfully not cauliflower. It's not paper thin and came out well done with that charred look and wood fire taste like original crust has. But most importantly, it was delicious. It's not a tiny little 10" crust, or a personal size - it's the same size as all the others. (I was so excited when I saw it I dove right in without taking a picture!) The whole experience, from the politeness when ordering on the phone, to the finished products were great. It's amazing how many places make it sound like they are doing you the favor when they take an order. Great pizza and great service. This is the only place we will order from going forward.“

I've always had bad experiences when someone asked me to try a cheesesteak, so I always say that I don't like cheesesteaks. It looks like any regular pizza shop, but since it seems to be a fairly new shop, they're pretty empty, so it's a calm atmosphere to dine in since they have a good amount of tables. Anyway, I just ordered a slice, and my friend ordered the cheesesteak. She put a bunch of good stuff on it, and they brought it to us pretty fast. The pizza was delicious, and she told me to try her cheesesteak. I said no because, like I said, I don't like cheesesteaks. But she kept insisting, so I said okay and tried the cheesesteak. When I tell you my whole world flipped upside down, I mean it flipped upside down. The cheesesteak was the first cheesesteak I have ever liked, and I LOVED it. The bread was nice and soft, so you could tell it was fresh. There was a lot of meat, and it was seasoned very well. The other ingredients made it the chefs kiss, and the cheese was fully melted. There was no cold part to the sandwich, and it almost tasted like heaven. “Lucy’s has been a staple in the community for years. Every time I come back home I order either a salad or a sub. With this review it was a sub. I ordered in the phone which is super hard to do bc the line stays busy. Definitely should invest in multi line phone service lol. Love that they have the XL sub rolls. If you plan on visiting this location, I would call ahead to make sure David is working and ask for his section. The other servers were not up to par. It was so upsetting to watch other tables wait for service or their food forever. There was a young family who was seated before us that didn’t even get their entrees until we were ready to leave. Their server should have been more attentive to them instead of standing around fanning herself by the kitchen. Service to the other tables was really really bad.“

Probably best to order take out unless you need a small table in a minimal dining area. I think this is my favorite pizza in Glen Mills, but IMO our local options here are not the best. Crust is balanced and slightly chewy, which I like. Sauce decent and always seems like fresh mozzarella to me and the exactly right, generous amount. “If you're thinking about ordering food, this is the hidden gem you're looking for. Located right off Red Lion Road in Bear, this place is a minute away from Rt 1 and 13. We ordered for the first time last night, pizza and wings, and everything was perfect. The wings came in a styofoam container with plastic wrap so the sauce wouldn't leak, they were big and crispy. We ordered 3 pizzas, 1 sausage, 1 steak and 1 BBQ Chicken w/ pineapple (see pics). The crust was thin, cooked perfectly, a ton of toppings, cheese was spot on and the sauce wasn't overbearing. The lady at the front counter was very nice and we talked for a minute, and the 5 or 6 guys in the back were busy with orders. They have Italian dinners, salads, burgers, subs, steak sandwiches, appetizers, strombolis, calzones, and even calamari. We'll definitely be going back to check out their Italian dinners and subs.“

“A nice little pizza shop, I’m happy to have found today at work. They serve a crisp thin crust pizza that isn’t too heavy on the sauce or cheese, and therefore not overly greasy as well. (I know pizza is subjective but that’s exactly how I like it). I thought it was delicious and will likely try a sandwich next time. I’d love to see a chicken ceasar wrap on the menu someday, but there’s plenty of options there now. Very friendly people, and fair prices too. It appears to be take-out only, but there’s a few outdoor tables for nice weather. Ample parking, order from the kiosk inside, credit accepted/cash appreciated. Highly recommended.“

“First time going there tonight. Food was amazing. I had the chicken parm and my wife had shrimp linguini. Both meals were very good. Chicken parm was recommended by the waitress and did not disappoint. Huge portion and great taste. Shrimp linguini was great also. Their Limoncello Martini is my new favorite drink. Everything is made from scratch. Service was also great. Recommended meals based on taste and not price which was appreciated. Waitress was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the menu. we will definitely be going back we are already planning our next visit. “We ordered food for 60 people via the Slice Life app from Taco House & Pizza for a work party and it was a huge hit. We had options for everyone and the flavor and quality of the food was great. The service is excellent - even accommodated a slightly earlier than planned delivery (and arrived RIGHT on time!) and added in a few extras with the big order. It's become a favorite of mine and several colleagues' since they opened up last year. Definitely try their Quesabirrias! You won't regret it.“
