“We split the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich and the kitchen sink fries, and it was ok. I guess it would be good bar food, but the fries weren't seasoned, so it was good with the sauce they put on, but when we got fries with the sandwich, the plain fries were unseasoned. We didnt really think this should be under "dive bar" so yea. Refers to food as nips and idk if it was the chicken tenders or just some other item used“

Normally, finding something fun (and legal) for a large group of out-of-towners to do after midnight is a challenge—but not in Rumson! He took the whole crew to Murphy’s Tavern with the promise that they’d get a taste of a local legend: a good old-fashioned speakeasy tucked away in the basement of a house, right in the heart of a residential neighborhood. “They book G flip. They’re right in my book. I didn’t go inside because the tickets were being sold through a Ticketmaster type company and not just sold at the door for such a small place. That’s pretty crappy. I’ve been there when I was a teenager. Maybe if G flip would’ve got Beth McCarthy to support her at this show.“
