“Have been in a number of times to eat but recently placed a catering order for a birthday party. The owner, Tom, gave me perfect recommendations for how much to order for the number of guests and made ordering, paying + pickup beyond easy (including some extras like rolls, sauces and pickled onions). The food was the talk of the party!! People couldn't stop going back for more and asking where it came from. Will definitely be back again and again!“

“Overall rating is based on the food itself. The meats in the combo platter were more tender and flavorful than nearby alternative(s). Ribs and the chicken in particular. The street corn side is awesome. This feels more authentic than some of the semi-chains around.“

“Ordered catering for family party. Food was SO good! Delivery on time. Quick setup. They even provided serving utensils. I had to make a few last-minute changes and they were super to work with. The ribs were tender & not fatty at all. And the mac ‘n cheese & cornbread were big hits! Definitely recommend. I’m already ordering again for next weekend.“

“Sweet Carolina Barbecue Tims River is the best! The brisket is tender, juicy and flavorful!!! The cornbread is vey moist it melts in your mouth! The best baked beans and Cole slaw are delicious! Those are my family’s favorites! Their pulled pork and chicken is also very good! They also make a delicious whole chicken!!! The food is great! The service is wonderful! They go out of their way to help make a delicious meal for your party wither it is for 5 or 20+ people. I have had them cater my parties and everyone loves Sweet Carolinas Bbq!! Give them a try you will not be disappointed!!! Thank you for always making my parties food a success!!!“

“Catered my son's birthday party from the Hickory Hog yesterday. We live 45 minutes away but we just had to have their food for his party. It traveled really well and everyone raved about the food. The ribs and the teriyaki chicken with grilled pineapple were big hits... BUT the pulled pork and the corn fritters were the crowd faves!!! The owner is awesome and the customer service is top notch. We will always come back here!! 😍“

“First time here on 8.12.22. Loved it! Wet baby ribs were amazing...as well as dry rubbed chicken and pulled pork. Homemade slaw about the best I have ever tasted. Cornbread was just right. Friendly service. Thank you!“

“Outstanding and slow cooked. Also, collard greens not cooked in pork for anyone who cannot eat it. Just the beans- those ones are cooked in pork. The flavors here feel like a real BBQ. But Mac n cheese isn't baked. So get the Mac n cheese bites“

“We had Castaways cater my daughter’s engagement party. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Chicken franchise, broccoli and cavatelli, roasted potatoes, mozzarella and tomato and shrimp cocktail that was amazing!!!! I’m definitely going to use them again!“

“The other day my friends and I had the pleasure of eating at the Langhorn Steakhouse on Rt 70 in Lakewood. The meals were more than reasonably priced, and they were delicious. The staff was attentive, extremely friendly and courteous. Ty, the host, met us so amiably and showed us to our table. The server, Sharon B., was so attentive we never had to ask her for anything. Anything we needed she was right there to give it to us. We couldn't have asked for more.“

“Very good food, I ordered lots of Chinese food and not happy UNTIL House of Fortune! The lady who takes orders is very nice, and I love the service, and the food! This is my number 1 for now. Order from House of Fortune you will be happy. 5 Big Stars! Love the sweet and sour chicken!“

“Post seagirt beach day with the fam … you can’t go wrong with BBQ as good as Dallas!
Went with the Brisket platter , chicken platter and of course chicken fingers and fries for the kids.
