Went to see if they had Coconut Torte for National Coconut Torte Day (they didn’t). Took a while for someone to help me, even though there was only one other person in the store - and 3 people behind the counter. Bought some pricey cookies, they were fine.
This is the third time my husband bought a dozen macarons and they were not baked properly. While they should have a crisp on the outside and be soft on the inside, 9 out of 12 were hard as rocks. The fillings are tasty, though. I hate to give a bad review to a local store, but these were not cheap and not up to par.
The original person that I hired to do my birthday cake cancelled the day before. Simona’s bakery were able to accommodate me and bring the exact cake that I had in mind to life last minute. I was very upset and nervous but Alexis was very understanding and patient! I would recommend simona’s bakery 100%
