“When I say OMG!!! I mean it. The best biria tacos I have ever try. Seasoned to perfection, melted cheese to perfection and the broth... wow wow wow beyond words. And the heart Sherrod mulita was a beautiful touch❤ You also have to try the strawberry horchata, watermelon water and the sangria, refreshing and delish ? “I thought I was given the wrong directions, but upon arriving, when I saw the line I knew I was in the right spot. A truck in the parking lot of a liquor store! There for all the right reasons, TACOS!! No reason to go inside, stay in the parking lot... all items great ... some hotter than others!“
“We were back in NJ for a family visit and of course we made a stop down the shore. Originally from North Jersey, we later resided down the shore until moving to our present location where music and a lot of food go to die. It has been awhile, because of Covid, etc since we have been here, This location was a mainstay when we lived here (actually this branch's original location was down the road) and went probably 3X a month. Our younger daughter even worked here for awhile. I ordered a standard taco and a Cabo taco (after debating with myself whereas my wife ordered her fave , the veggie Quesadilla; they were massive. Of course, they were delicious as well. Prices have gone up but that is expected in this day;but not so much as to be obtrusive. The menu has gotten massive over the years so there is something for everyone. The guac and chips were fresh and tasty. The staff was friendly as ever and our name was till in the system. The atmosphere has a great shore/beach vibe as bright and inviting. It was a great tasting trip down memory lane.“
“We were out shopping and decided to grab lunch before heading home. We had our 8 month old son with us and had asked if we could get him some chicken. The owner said absolutely and even cut it up in small pieces for us. He didn’t charge us for the chicken either which was unbelievably nice. Food was great and our little bud enjoyed his chicken tooo! Thank you!“
“I brought my 12yo here. Each of us being on the Autism Spectrum, we were SO excited that there's minimal human interaction lol They have 2 wide tablets where you can see pictures and places your order. There are menu screens over head as well. A young man came out to greet us and to let us know that if we have any questions or concerns that he's just right on the other side of the wall. Freakin Perfect.I obsessed over the wicked resin flooring. So cool!! Ok the food. We each got a trio of different tacos as well as the jalapeno poppers. I am SOOOOOO selective when it comes to tacos. I love both authentic Mexican style as well as crunchy American style. I found Tacoholics to be a fusion. Me and my kid enjoyed our food. We also enjoyed not having to do awkward small talk with a server.We will most definitely be back!!“
“This was my first time ordering from the Wall location. I love Surf Taco and usually enjoy the fresh taste of the beef tacos. However, I found the beef was overseasoned this time and it took away from what I had expected. It's possible that the recipe had changed since my last visit to a Surf Taco.“
“Went with my husband today, he had the crab cake sandwich with house cut fries, both were delicious. I had the blackened shrimp poke bowl. First time I had a poke bowl and it will definitely will not be my last. I only gave the atmosphere a 4 star because it was super loud inside and I basically yelled the entire time to talk. We had Victoria as our server and she was an excellent one at that. Prompt and extremely pleasant. We will go back again to try something else and hopefully have her again as our server.“
“Just take all of my money. For reasons we cannot remember we didn’t get here in 2022. For 2023, we made our way over yesterday. We got the guacamole and chip, tacos - chicken, shrimp, brisket, pulled pork, and chicken quesadilla. We were blown away by how good everything was. So much so that we got it again for lunch today. Many brisket and fish tacos were ordered , but expanded to also get the brisket nachos and avocado salad topped with brisket (with chipotle ranch dressing). The brisket is bangin’! The salad deserves some accolades… the dressing, the pico… seriously the best pico I’ve ever had and a first, a salad that I can say was filling.My husband is “annoyed” we didn’t get Gringo’s earlier in our stay… because we missed additional opportunities to eat it.Kid-friendliness: Can order a single taco, fun drinks, and easy seating options“
“Went here randomly for lunch, and boy oh boy, I am so glad we found this taco spot!! We ordered the "Big Shrimping" come with three soft shell tacos and nacho chips!! We recommend!! Also the person working at the counter was really nice and the woman who served us our food.“
“My first time coming to Tacoholics. I got the caesar chicken salad wrap from which was very good I just wish there was more dressing in it. And the dorito nachos were phenomenal. I still dream about them to this day. They were extremely good. It's a cute little place with booths. Great lunch spot! If you go I definitely recommend the dorito nachos!“
