“Cash only! All iced coffee is premade (including "espresso" for iced lattes) but is decent enough. Have non-dairy milk options available as well as a few gluten free food options. Got the fancy rice cakes which were a bit overpriced but yummy.“
“My favorite Sea Isle breakfast place by a mile. Love the food, of course - breakfast burrito, pancakes, waffles, omelets are all great. Waffle fries are a special touch. Family atmosphere. Even on busy beach weekends they get you in and out.“
“We had a very pleasant experience here. There was no wait for a table. The waffle with blueberries was delicious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My sister had the chocolate chip pancakes and freshly squeezed orange juice, which were both very tasty. I actually appreciated the paper cup for my coffee so I could take what I didn’t finish to-go!“
“We are seniors, Philly foodies, and new to living seasonally here all year round. And I'm a retired chef. The cafe style, all day breakfast/lunch menu is varied, the food was fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and the service friendly and efficient. I had the (really) grilled (really fresh) chicken (breast meat) Caesar sandwich and my husband the burger Florentine. He asked for medium rare. It wasn't, but it was pink. We shared the tasty, crunchy sweet potato fries and finished them off. I had lemonade w/o corn syrup and they kindly checked the label for me to make sure it was. We'll be back. Often.“
“Although Stone Harbor is my happy place when I come over from Delaware, this was my first time visiting the Pier. Wonderful visit. I sat at the counter since I was alone and was able to see the grill hard at work. The food was wonderful, expedited by “Master Chef” Eric and the team of merry men! I got the Double Trouble with blueberry pancakes. Nice size pancakes, not too heavy, just right for me. Met the families that make the Pier their’s. One thing I truly value was the camaraderie amongst the staff. They are a hard working team and no one appeared to be walking on eggshells or overly agitated. It is clear they not only care for their customers, but also each other. I would recommend this place to anyone.“
“A friend recommended Uncle Bill's Pancake House in Ocean City, NJ for breakfast. I had never been there but he insisted that we try it. Needless to say, I've never had pancakes that good, ever! Their coffee was equally as good. The waitress was fantastic and checked back several times and even had the entire menu memorized. Trust me, I tried giving her a few numbers, and she nailed everything listed at those numbers without hesitation. If you are in Ocean City, NJ, go check out Uncle Bill's Pancake House. You won't regret it. Happy Pancaking!!!!!Parking: Limited number of spots at the restaurant but ample places to park on street.“
“The Fishin’ Pier is the high point of our week in Avalon every year. We make a point to go every day. Outstanding service from everyone we encountered. The owners are a treat and the servers consistently go above and beyond, especially with our toddler. More importantly, the food is incredible. Perfect omelets across the board, and better pancakes than the chain down the street. Being able to hear the waves while you eat is the cherry on top“
“Great breakfast this morning on the water. Bacon and cheese omelette was delicious as was my wife's chocolate chip brioche french toast. Inside and outside dining is available. Breakfast and lunch stop, very good. Service was great as well as the atmosphere.“
“Sunrise was OUTSTANDING! The food is spectacular & the service is pinpoint ? The hostess is truly phenomenal ? She greeted us warmly & kept us laughing during our visit lol We liked it so much our first visit that it was a no-brainer to go back the next day‼️? “
“My granddaughter and I ate breakfast here while on vacation. The wait staff was very friendly and the food was very good. I ordered the broccoli omelet with a side of home fries. My granddaughter ordered the hotcakes. We will definitely be returning.“
