“This was a treat where I live. There are no Roy Rodgers resturants. I had the fried chicken dinner, which was good my friend had their roast beef sandwich. Said it was excellent, as were the fries .and topped the meal off with a brownie.they have other really tasty deserts. And a fixing bar that is pretty much a thing of the past is also great.“

“I ordered for the first time here. I ordered a bowl with grilled chicken. The bowl was missing the chicken. The website sent the order to the store missing the grilled chicken so definitely not the fault of the store. When I came back they showed me the slip confirming that the mistake was on the end of the website. They were super nice about it and just added the grilled chicken to the bowl for me. Both people working there were helpful and nice.“

“We have been loyal customers for years coming in once a week. You changed the topping on the tacos from fresh tomatoes and cabbage to this awful marinated salty cabbage concoction that is not edible. if you don't change back we will have to find another taco place.“

During our last visit I was completely impressed and brought to tears on how much this staff cares about their customers. My dad was on life support in the ICU and we needed a quick bite before heading back to the hospital. The two staff members working saw how upset and exhausted my husband and I were and decided to bless us with a meal. These two went beyond exceptional customer service taking the time to notice and care. We are so grateful and we look forward to going back and paying it forward. “What happen today nearly brought tears to our eyes. My wife and I were picking up lunch for friends of ours. While making our sandwiches, the gentleman slicing the meat asked if we had any plans for the weekend. We proceeded to tell him how we were picking up lunch to meet friends where one was recovering from a successful cancer surgery. When we went to pay for the meal, the manager who overheard what we were talking about informed us the meal was taken care of and that the meal was on Jersey Mikes. They even wrote a “get well soon” message on the sandwich.Some things go far beyond just the product that a company creates or serves. It’s important to remember the people that make up a business and Jersey Mikes, at least at this location in Brick, showed that their hearts are truly in their work. They showed that the human spirit is alive and well. It may not seem like a lot to some people, and they can say oh it’s just a sandwich. What they did goes far beyond the price of a sandwich. They warned our hearts and more importantly they gained out respect and admiration as life Long customers“
