They need to franchise this place because I could eat it everyday!! The owners are very sweet people as well!“

“Looking for Desi Punjabi food? I believe this is one of the best in town. Recently got a chance to eat from Shadman restaurant Jersey City. As a tourist i eat from several other restaurants too, but without a doubt i had the best experience with this one. I loved the smell of the food at first and the good taste was a cherry on top. Highly recommend to all the Sub continental food lovers.“

“Minor Kabab tikka corner is a hidden gem. The food was truly exceptional - every menu item was bursting with flavor and freshness. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I tried their burgers and shawarma sandwiches and they are delicious. And to top it all off, the prices were surprisingly affordable- more like take out place - no seating“

“I love Lasani restaurant. Their prices are very reasonable and so when my husband and I are looking to eat out but not fancy it’s our go-to spot. Food is delicious, veg and non veg options, fast service. I like the environment, casual dining. Open late, too! Lasani is one of my favorite restaurants in Jersey City. When I want to eat out in a casual way, this is my spot. Highly recommend the roti!
Vegetarian options: I love the Chana, sometimes they have different veggies like cauliflower, spinach, depends on the day. Their roti is vegan and it’s soooo soft and good.
Parking: Easy to park“

“An affordable and basically always-open pure veg place that would be an essential refuge for students and gig workers in the UWS even if it wasn't also some of the best and most instantly recognizable North Indian home cooking you can find in New York. Get whatever they have and eat it with fragrant tawa roti and mango achaar.“

“Delicious. Very busy. Crowded at lunchtime. The seating feels odd somehow. Plan to take it out if you can. I have Stayed in before, but I felt very exposed to all the other patrons over my foodIf you like spicy you can not go wrong with most of the food.“

“Excellent service! Food was delicious, hot and fresh… highly recommend! Easy commute, personable staff. Have visited twice in our trip to NYC for the NYC Marathon, and with so many options even watching my diet before the race had such rich taste!! A few blocks from Time Square, the subway transit system, and bus stops. Please drop in and support this wonderful local business 😋❤️ Plus- love their recommendations for a trip to the Big Apple! Was definitely a helpful guide!“
“Amazing place!!! An excellent selection of many different foods and everything there from breakfast to lunch almost is excellent. I ordered my favorites cheese sandwich, chicken wings and the onion rings, which was delicious. I would highly recommend it.“
“Great location with actual parking which is unheard of in JC (try going up the block to Newark ave and see the traffic which will surely ruin your day). Food is fresh and they have good variety. Go to spot for pizza because it’s fast and well priced. And the owners are world class super friendly and not there to grab every last dollar.“

“New York City nice evening“
“These street carts were peppered all over NYC. Am unsure why certain carts have longer queues than the rest even though they were all from the same franchise. Nothing much to comment on the taste. I didn't like the mess on the plate which was heavily slathered in white sauce. Reasonably priced. Portions are huge.“

“Wonderful food! I didn't go to the restaurant because I had it delivered so I didn't experience the service or atmosphere. I ordered the Chicken 65 and my buddy ordered the Butter Chicken. Both were fantastic! I really wish I had known about this place sooner! Will be ordering from them again!“

“We found this restaurant when we were on our way from Penn Station to hotel. Outside it was written Chicken Biryani £5 and it attracted us. We were hungry n ordered chicken curry with naan. It was a huge portion and cost only 14 dollars. Initially we thougt it was an arabic restaurant but there was huge variety of Bar BQ and pakistani and vegetarian dishes. Food was hot n tasty n cheap.“

“Probably one of the best, if not THE BEST, Lahori /Pakistani restaurants in the US. The street food style menu is such a unique and authentic experience.
We tried the paratha rolls which were perfectly spiced, wrapped in flaky paratha with amazing chutneys and the crispy chicken sandwiches that were huge, juicy, and packed with desi inspired flavors. The gappa chaat was a showstopper too, tangy, spicy, fresh, and beautifully presented.
The place has such a cool, authentic vibe with vibrant murals and a welcoming atmosphere. Even the washrooms were extremely nice and well kept (wish I had taken a picture to show that)
If you’re craving real Lahori street food vibes in the US, this spot is a must visit. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and flavors that hit home.“
