Have been going here for years. A fantastic old stone building with stylish historic ambiance, wonderful food, attentive service and great wine. The award-winning cassoulet is out of this world! Jes and Daniel have really raised the bar to a new level! The Ice House wine shop is also great fun for wine tastings with a very unique select. Our favorite restaurant in NJ!!
The reviews saying this restaurant is anything less then an impressive, wonderful experience from beginning to end are confusing.I have been dining here for the past 5 years and it has never ceased to be anything but exceptional. Food was excellent/exceptional from start to finish on this first visit to The Sergeantsville Inn. The timing of the food invites leisurely dining and the wait staff do a great job making you aware and suggesting an appetizer. Very unique and special atmosphere. We loved it through and through.
