“Let me start I did read all the bad reviews before heading over there so I didn’t have great expectations.However as a cheapskate and a craft beer lover especially searching for my lessor common styles of beer, I typically go by each bar and restaurant in airport and scan QR code to see beer selection and check pricing.Most places here in Philadelphia Airport straight rip off at 16 per pint, but when you want a beer you’re stuck. Anyway when I first approached the counter I was absolutely expecting to be poked since they didn’t show prices only beer menu.Luckily they had something for me that I was going to purchase regardless, A nice strong Golden at 8%.I was then blown away upon seeing I got a 20oz, normally higher ABV beers are served in smaller 12oz glasses. Any full pour of 20oz was only 10 bucks and I was expecting at least 20, left me room in budget to not only get 2nd beer plus a pretty solid hotdog and chips.Biggest plus was Connor the bar tender, was super cool and attentive, and then informed me I was safe to take my cup and walk back to my terminal, since I walked a fair distance just to check out all beer options.Lastly, unlike most other restaurants In airport it’s kind of obvious if your paying attention that their section is not owned and maintained by airport, as most restaurants have tables and chairs with chargers that kind of blend from restaurants into gates, so I kinda understand their right to ask people to patronize their business or ask them to leave, I was lucky to find a spot at the bar.Not excusing anyone ever treated rudely, and definitely not my experience.“

“Had the vegetarian calabacitas with a side of the consommé and it was amazing. It was like a beef stew in taco form. 🤤 and the abuelita’s Jamaica was perfectly paired.

Also the chips and salsa are perfectly done.

The staff was super nice too, being really patient with me while I was ordering, too.

“Awesome Neighborhood Bar, great for ages 30 -60. Women of those ages, could use more Single women. Men consist of hard working people, Blue Collar men. But if good looking women are there the men will arrive. Just a bar you can be comfortable at. Just my opinion.“

“This is truly the best kept secret. This place rocks, darts, pool table, great atmosphere, and the porch is awesome. specially during a storm!! At 1st it looks like a house, but when you enter, it's a great place for happy hour and like a "CHEERS." Bartenders are awesome and the food is actually simple and decent. I love how you can go off the menu items and order what you want. If they have it, it can be done!“

“I didn't get the kangaroo burger. Or the elk burger or the wild boar burger. But they were on the menu! I got the grilling cheese Kabob with honey for dipping and the steak kabob. I never had anything like the grilling cheese kabob. It was really good! The Steak Kabob was excellent, 10 out of 10. The bartender was insane in a good way, lol. I saw fireworks and enjoyed the sunset on the river. What a crazy ending to a wonderful day at this little crazy divey diamond 💎 on the Delaware River in Billingsport. Shine on!“

Convenient location. Nice place.
One major recommendation: spaghetti with meatballs and beef with tacos.
Would be nice to get the beef going.
I believe that offering meatballs in addition to the chicken or shrimp with the pasta would be a good seller!
Kids would like also.
Recommend people to stop in!

“I love that bar.. The only thing I wish I could change would be having more elbow room to walk around. I don't blame them for it but you can't walk around people at all between the bar and the tables. Otherwise, the atmosphere, people, drinks, food and music are always great every time we're there. Of all the bars in our neighborhood this is probably one of my favorites even with the very little space in most of the bar. And it's always nice and clean.“

“They have a great display of 99 shots collection. Typical small liquor store/bar combo. Easy to get to on and off route 130. The parking lot is big and convenient to navigate. Beware that there is a 75 cent surcharge when you use a card and/or for being under $5, I'm assuming? It's a good spot to stop and grab stuff when you're in a hurry, there's never a line when I go in. It's a little sketchy to people who aren't used to the area and comfortable to the locals. Yes you can buy cigarettes here, you can buy tall boys and 6-12packs“

“Xfinity is the main option before or after games at the sports complex, and I always end up at Victory because of the size, outdoor options and multiple bars. But the main reason that all works is the service. It seems like they maintain the same staff because bartenders like Colleen, Meg and Jacqui have been there as long as I can remember and they really seem to enjoy their job and they're fast as hell. “I threw my daughter’s birthday party in the back room and everything was perfect. They had the tables set up nicely with white table cloths, a buffet table for the food and plenty of room for my kiddos to enjoy a silent disco, my treat table and gift table. Tyler was our bartender and did an awesome job filling up kids drinks which was more work on her end (I brought reusable lidded cups) and made sure no guest was without a drink. Joey served the food from the buffet and kept on top of cleaning up plates from my guests which was a really nice touch. He cut the cake for me and also packed up remaining food in boxes so my guests could take some home with them. Everything was flawless and I couldn’t have asked for anything else! My guests and I were very impressed! 10/10 recommend!“
