I mean it’s a dunkin, so I’m not expecting anything exceptional. The manager/managers who are occasionally there are pleasant, friendly, attentive, and do their job well. This is not the case for everyone there. Not in the spirit of calling anyone out, there are a few people there who act as though my presence is absolutely disdainful, fail to greet me, and continue to act like I ruined the day all the way to the end of the process. Not sure how it is if you order in person but if you use the app your order will be wrong , and they give you a hard time when you call to tell them , won't go back not worth the hassle
Santiago, Shoaib, Alma are beautiful human beings. Every time I come here I’m always treated with respect and beyond. I have not ever received an attitude a bad coffee or anything at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Literally the most genuine employees.
