“Went here a few weeks ago to try their chicken tenders and fries because of a goal of mine to try all the food spots and food trucks on and around Temple’s campus. The service was great and efficient, the chicken tenders and fries were delicious, I definitely plan on coming back again to try more one day.“

“My wife and I cherish having this spot so close by!
We originally fell in love with the birria tacos back in the food truck days - honestly haven't had a bad dish. The tortas are tasty and filling - chorizo is my go to right now. And there is just something special about their chips w/ guac.
Check it out - you won't be disappointed.“

“This place is amazing. We always stop here when we visit the city. Definitely a hidden jem. Service was good, quick and food was amazing. Never brought someone that didn't leave raving about it. Burgers are sooo juicy and full of flavor. Don't even get me started on the onion rings. Sooo good. Worth the trip to Temple.“

“Was walking past this place last Friday with a friend and decided to go today and try out the food. I’ve never tried Indian halal street food before and honestly, it’s the best thing I’ve had within the vicinity of campus.I was greeted by Dev he took our order totalling up to ~$14.85 with taxes, a tip and a 75 cent charge on all credit and debit cards. About 5-7 minutes later the food was ready. I tried the chicken tikka massala with a lot of white rice and a piece of naan bread. The pieces of chicken tikka was so delicious that it worked well with the sauce and the rice.I will definitely tell my friends about this hidden gem and will be back for more!“

“Saw my friend went here and the tacos looked so good, so I had to try them myself!
I had the Al Pastor tacos and they were delicious—juicy and tender. The lady cooking there was really friendly and gave me plenty of pineapple.
The food cart is a hidden gem! The atmosphere feels like a slice of Mexico right in the city, with the aroma of fresh ingredients filling the air. I will definitely return to try more food here!
Tips: they also accept Venmo and CashApp.“

“Neat as a pin. This place has a great cozy feel and its clean and peaceful. People order from here from pretty far away so it must be good. I deliver for Uber Eats so I figured I'd point that out. I've never eaten here but I intend to. Nice staff.“
“I was visiting my daughter. We went to South Street, for whatever reason. We decided to get a bite to eat. She suggested Rock'n'Flavors. You talkin about delicious. OHH BOYYY. Finger lickin good. OMG. I think the first time I went I got the Salmon Bowl . I try to get something different each time I go!!! Every time I go to Philly I go to Rock'n'Flavors, if time permits... Y'all keep doing what you're doing. and the music is right on time. Check it out when you can. You will NOT be disappointed. Enjoy the Blessing. Peace“

“I'm a big fan of the Mexican grill stand. Everything I've ever ordered has been fresh, with perfectly balanced seasoning. The food here is in a whole different league than anything you'll get at one of the cali-mex or tex-mex burrito chains (prices are about the same). The shrimp tacos combine tender & juicy shrimp with pico de gallo and a creamy/spicy sauce--tastes like it's mayo or sour cream based. The steak tacos have chopped white onions and fresh cilantro. Both come in real-deal double soft corn tortillas. Squirt some lime on everything! Enjoy a perfect lunch. But don't bother with their little salsa cups, both green & red are lackluster.“

“When I first started teaching at Temple this truck was called $5 Foot Long. Now, you pay $5.15 for a 6 inch sandwich, and you can see the artifacts of many price hikes painted on the side of the truck. Honestly, it's still a pretty good deal. Just understand the value proposition here: cheap, dependable lunch. If that's what you're after, Foot Long delivers. It's not the best hoagie you can get, but it's not bad. They do enough volume/business that everything is always fresh. Real hoagie rolls, soft and chewy--porous enough to soak up the mayo. Shredded lettuce, thin tomato slices, sweet white onion rings. They're clearly champions when it comes to operating the electric deli slicer. However, with such low prices, they need to be rigorous about portion control; don't expect overstuffed sandwiches like you'd get (for at least twice the price) at a top South Philly hoagie shop. This is more like what you'd get from an average pizza joint, which is good, it means it doesn't taste artificial and loaded with sodium & MSG, like Wawa or Subway or Jimmy John's or Potbelly. Of course, you also can't order prosciutto, mortadello, homemade turkey, slow roasted rare beef, baby swiss, real Italian sharp provolone or any of the fancy ingredients that have become the norm in Philly (it is one of the world's greatest sandwich towns). So, here's the bottom line: you won't be amazed, but you'll get a decent sandwich at a great price. While many food trucks have come and gone over the years, Foot Long remains. It's consistent.“

“Amazing food! The servings are very hearty! You absolutely get your money's worth! They serve the biggest and meatiest birria tacos I've ever had! And you can tell the consome is the real deal because there's actually some meat in the bowl! The chips were a bit on the darker side, but they were definitely still tasty.“

“Think of this as the indulgent (bougie?) Mexican food truck. The food is more like what you'd get in a sit-down restaurant, which makes sense because it takes them a while to prepare it. Not speedy, but not slow either. I ordered the special shrimp tacos and they were great. The roasted poblano flavor was strong, making it clear that they really know authentic ingredients. My tacos were cheesy, gooey, creamy. My fingers were messy and I had to use utensils to scoop up the stuff that fell out of the double soft corn tortillas. Not what you want if you're rushing between classes, or hoping to eat in a hurry. But if you have time to sit down and enjoy your meal, with napkins close at hand, this is a solid choice. Everything is fresh and tasty, with real depth of flavor. They have zucchini blossom and hoilecotche on the menu, too...not your average taco stand. If you're tired of the fast-food-chain-restaurant interpretation of Mexican flavors, this is a significant level up.“

“If you know what to expect from a Korean dog on a stick, you'll be happy.
I ordered the "potato & sausage." It's a great value: inexpensive, but very filling.
Basically, it's a hotdog, coated in pancake batter, covered in diced potatoes, dusted with sugar, and squirted with ketchup. The whole game is about a marriage of sweet and savory...plus, juxtaposed textures.
The hotdog is salty and smokey, with a juicy and buoyant bite--the hot dog "snap." The batter is chewy and cakey. The potatoes are crisp and creamy. The sugar is sweet. The ketchup brings a burst of vinegary acid that balances the whole thing out.
It's a very particular flavor experience. I'm sure lots of people will think it's gross. If you're one of them, don't order it. If you like this kind of thing, you'll be grateful that there's a truck on campus that serves it.
One caveat: the wait is longer than it should be. So, even if it's not busy/crowded, expect it to take longer than you'd like.“

“I didn't get to taste the food because one of her workers had a bad attitude. When dealing with the public professionalism is a must. I could have referred a lot of people that don't know it's there. Your tea was very good and I hope your service gets better. A vegetarian platter would be nice also.“

“Hard to know when this guy will actually be open but when he is, ohhhh man is it amazing. Most authentic tacos I think you can probably find in philly. Oh and it's a taco truck! The picture of the restaurant is deceptive. You can eat in the park nearby or do take away. No indoor seating.“
