I was really hungry, so I stopped by one of their stands near Burlington. What a mistake! I worker couldn't explain what the creamy part of their new drink was. I wasn't spending $8 to find out. I did spend $8 on day-old tasting pretzel bites, cold cheese dip, and lemonade that was so loaded with ice that I finished it while walking a block. I will not spend $8 on a pretzel and lemonade for a long time.
This place is pretty good. I highly recommend ordering via the app beforehand - they usually make the pretzels to order so you might be waiting a while if you walk in and wait. Also, note that their entrance is usually through the Pho Street entrance on the same block. Their pretzels are good quality, and service is usually pleasant. I usually order 10-15 minutes before I get there, and it's always ready on time.

I go here once a week after work. The guy at the counter is always so nice and friendly. They're constantly making fresh pretzels every time I arrive. Never had a problem with this location it's the best in the city if you ask me.
