Worst auntie Annes in South Philly. Customer service is horrible, everyone in there is rude. They have nothing in stock and worst of it is they don't accept the hard earn coupons and rewards. Took a 37 mins trip and I'm very upset. Do not come here unless you're dying and need a pretzel
Went on a Sunday. Could barely understand the girl waiting on me. I asked for pizza she didn't want to make it or there wasn't any or whatever or a other girl was supposed to make pizza, I don't have a clue. A family also walked in adking for pizza. We all left. I'll Never go back.

Honestly I only come here for my bf when I'm in town but Auntie Anne's is so different then it used to be. The pretzels have a different oil taste than in the past that burns easier than in the past. Pretzels are soggy and just lack the flavor they used to. This location had very friendly and nice staff who were very helpful though.
