“I go to Applebees whenever I'm in the area and often with my mom as a place to grab a bite to eat. We love their crunchy wonton tacos the most, so that would always be our appetizer every time. We absolutely love their steak meals, their mahsed potatoes are great and I especially love their zucchini and squash blend when I had to substitute out the broccoli.

Never have room for desserts, but I do miss the shots they used to have.(Pretty sure they don't have them anymore, I could be wrong!)“

“First time stopping here. Not much to look at outside but once inside the newly renovated bar is great. It is open, clean and plenty of tv's with multiple games on. Great place to watch sports. It is very loud even when it is not busy. Food was just ok. They make homade chips that are crunchy slices of potatoes with absolutely no flavor. The tuna steak sandwich is a good size of tuna but without flavor and real fishy. The salmon wrap was very good. The waitress was awesome and pleasant.“

“I liked the fries which were gluten and dairy free. The location was crowded by seagulls who are only worthy of extermination. This ruines the atmosphere of the place. They were quick and helpful though.

“Before you read my detailed and honest review, please note that I typically steer away from all types of chicken, especially live. However, a good tender (or finger, depending on your location) is something I can really get behind. When my dining acquaintance and I passed by Chick P’s we were wholeheartedly appalled at the prices. We both stopped in our tracks and let our jaws loose. $13 for tenders, $12 for fries (or chips, depending on your location). I know how it seems, i felt the same way. However, please note that this is sized for two people and not one. My acquantice and I ordered a tenders and a fries. 6 tenders, “150 [fries] maybe more.” Truly a bucket of fries with added cheese cup that was far too heavy. The tenders were spar, some of the better ones i’ve ever had. The fries were dancing in my mouth and jigging on my taste buds with fervor. The hype is real. The ooey gooey cheese mixed with spicy dicy fries makes for taste that excites. Yet, when the bucket of fries’ capacity ebbed to a volume of just about 39%, the cheese sauce weight took over and started tipping the bucket like a child’s domino. Anyways, I enjoyed my dining here. “Nikki the bartender was amazing!!! Always on top of our drinks and food. I worked for a retail and restaurant environment and for her to be able to take care the bar and the rest of the restaurant drinks in a busy night, I will said I was impressed with her performance. Manager was great to as well being on top of customers and help the stuff. I will definitely come back to the Mays Landing location again. TMs like Nikki need to be reward for her excellent costumer service and performance as an employee!“
