I threw my dad a surprise birthday party and wanted to do a raw bar and had no idea where to even start. Michael helped me with EVERYTHING from figuring out what to order, how much to order, he even sent me home with samples. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and everything was delicious!
Michael was awesome! A+ human right there! He was so helpful, funny, and genuinely kind while helping me pick everything out for my seafood boil. I ended up with huge crab legs, shrimp, and scallops, and he even walked me through exactly how to cook everything, including the timing so it all came out perfectly.
