I’ve gone and the food service prepared sloppily prepared my food. Was rushing me as I’m telling them what I want on my salad. I was the only one in the restaurant; I didn’t understand their sense of urgency. Nor why they grossly put the food together like they did.Atmosphere - good/typical“
“Got some sandwiches tonight. I mean they had a tight shift team tonight. Great group of workers. Great music. Great service. Great sandwiches made. Not messy. They were all doing their part; Cleaning, cooking, servicing. Young men (Xavier, Arlin, Elton,Chris) doing grown men business thangs!! Not playing around, not joking. “I went to Jersey Mikes yesterday. David went the extra mile for his customer. I am older and I did not know how to work the app. David walked me through it. He was patient, kind, and considerate.It makes me feel good that I saw such good service and kindness with the whole staff also. You not only have a good Sub you also have a great staff. The Staff had a smile on their face, the Staff was very respectful, and kind.Who ever hired the staff did a good job. I felt good when I left the store. “The lady is so nice and her hospitality is outstanding but the india guy was rude and didn't listen to me that I paid extra for cheese. And my sandwich was messy. From next time I will tell the lady to make my sandwich and I hope the owners take any action on this.“
“The food was very fresh and tasty! Good portion sizes too. I got the chicken tikka with butter sauce platter and it was amazing a little spicy but just enough to be flavorful. I also tried the dessert item they offered and it was my favorite part it was still warm when they brought it out.“
