“For a $1000 meal I expect flawless service and unfortunately that was not the case. Drinks ordered during dinner arrived while eating desert. Two times they brought over the wrong drinks and one order they completely forgot.. Also when waiter brings over food he should know who ordered what and not have to ask again. Food was good but service needs improvement if those are the prices you will be charging.“

“The food here is great!! I got the chicken Shwarma with a Jerusalem plate with the parsley salad and chickpea mix along with Hummus. So so good! I've been meaning to give this place a shot but never had time. So glad I did. Will definitely be ordering again and again. Dining room isn't too fancy but don't be fooled the food is great(that's what counts anyway). Also the cashier (I assume he is a manager?) He was super helpful and patient. Definitely a big fan now.“

“We went here for a large party. We went to celebrate a family relative's 70th birthday party. The venue is perfect for a large family gathering. It looks like if you are having a party there you can bring light snacks as people come in. The venue is beautifully decorated, most notably the lamps. “Went here for a cheaper food option after finding out I had to stay later at work than expected. ordered the combo plate which was falfel, rice, a pita, hummus, and baba ghanoush. The hummus was a little salty but aside from that the food was very good. The hummus was clearly fresh and home made with hints of lemon. Similarly, the baba ghanoush was pleasant with a nice smoke to it. For 11 dollars you cannot complain

“Kyma is the reason we drive 30 minutes for amazing authentic Greek cuisine. Our appetizer/small plate of smoked eggplant dip & lamb empanada with herb mint sauce was a wonderful start. Sea bass in tomato broth with potatoes & Aegean shrimp dish were perfectly prepared. We had to have the baklava with vanilla ice cream (no pic as we attacked it!). The ambience, service and food made for a beautiful meal!“

It's dimly lit inside which made reading the menu a bit challenging. However, everything we did order made up for it! I highly recommend the Frittura di Calamari for an appetizer. The following dishes we ordered were spectacular! Rigatoni alla Vodka, Penne alla Grotta, Gnocchi Alessandra, Norwegian Salmon (special), Penne al Forno, Spaghetti alla Carbonara and the Pollo alla Francese! It is a BYOB establishment, luckily there is a wine and spirits store next door. My family will definitely be returning to this beautiful gem in the heart of Somerville!“

“I just got food today at King of Gyro because I had a crave for a gyro and decided to go here. When I ordered my food was needed by a friendly worker and the chef did not disappoint. I got a gyro with fries+soda and it came out to around 13 bucks! The gyro was amazing and filled to the brim with chicken. The fries were crispy but needed a little more salt. Overall amazing food and I’ll be here in the upcoming future. The environment isn’t the the best but it is calm and cleanliness is good!“

Not a fan that they charge you extra for olives and jalapeños but I guess they gotta make a living too, but .99 cents each is a bit overboard. Nonetheless that's my only real gripe toh. Pretty clean inside as well as the commode, so kudos to them for that. Overall a great experience in comparison to some other locations (I'll go without naming) that totally missed the mark. l'd def return and suggest this location to others for sure!“
